Our recent purchase were 3 custom-made teak display cupboards for our books. We discussed our requirements and Ahmad provided renderings for our review. After some fine-tuning final dimensioned drawings were provided to us. Ahmad was meticulous and explained some design fundamentals for our understanding. The final product we received were of high quality and finish especially considering reclaimed teak was used. We are extremely happy with the goods and service provided. Truly a gem and heartwarming experience at Urban Salvation! ✨️🥳 SOOOOO UNDERRATED!!! Please support them! 💪💪💪 Had an incredible experience with Ahmad and Eden at Urban Salvation! It was an eye-opening sight and they are ever ready to share their knowledge and experience with us! Looked at many dining tables online and in stores but none spoke to us like the ones at Urban Salvation. Decided to bite the bullet and head over to the store all the way from Jurong West without knowing what to expect. Upon arrival, Ahmad was smiling so brightly to welcome us as we happen to see him helping customers at the loading area (just like seeing an old friend that made us feel so happy too - I don't know him yet but he's just so friendly as I waved to him from the car)! Eden was very welcoming when we stepped foot into their store, bringing us around, showing us what they have and also always ready to answer our queries or concerns. So sweet of them to have shown care to my elderly mother as they brought out a chair for my mum to rest while we were browsing and chatting! ❤️ I know in days to come, we will always look at our dining table and share with our family and friends, the beautiful story of how we met the founders of Urban Salvation and the way they warmed our hearts through their passion and kindness. I look forward to be able to get more pieces of furniture in the near future, one piece at a time ✨️

Came across their listing on carousel which turned out to be hands down one of the best buying experience I had. After almost 4 years of dreaming to have my own desk setup and watching countless desk setup videos, this was a precious moment for me. A huge shoutout to Ahmad, Eden, and Syahir for their amazing service. They were incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable on the different types of wood.
