When considering a boarding stay for your pet, it is worth contacting Vegaspalace via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors can affect suitability and placement. You should ask whether a trial visit or meet-and-greet is available before committing to a full stay, and confirm that you are able to provide up-to-date vaccination records at drop-off. It is also sensible to ask about the daily routine, supervision arrangements, and how the team handles pets that may be anxious or reactive in a new environment.

I can't thank you guys more. My puppy was well taken care I saw that my puppy was having lots of fun playing with other puppies and dogs. My holiday felt so much relaxed as I know that my puppy was in safe hands. I really appreciate the updates and videos sent which made me feel less worried about him and I was able enjoy my holidays. Thank you very everyone at VegasPalace. It was really a Palace for my baby.
This was Cheezie’s first daycare trial at Vegas Palace before his upcoming 9-day stay. We visited and shortlisted three other places before this, and we’re really glad we chose Vegas Palace. Cheezie was very comfortable being himself. Even though he isn’t friendly with other male dogs, he was relaxed, played with the toys, and ate his snacks just like at home. Ed is super chill and clearly puts the dogs first—no forcing interactions, very patient and understanding that every dog is different. The way he rotates and manages the dogs really helps them feel at ease. We’re confident Cheezie will be in good hands for his March stay. No peak season surcharge and standard room pricing is a big plus too. Definitely worth a visit!
My 3 doggos definitely had a great and enjoyable time over the week at VegasPalace. It was very reassuring to know that edward and his team were always prompt in their updates and responses. The team was always meticulous and had fun-filled activities planned for all the furkids. We will definitely be back to VegasPalace for more experiences and I highly recommend bringing your fur kids here, whether it is day care or boarding! Thank you Edward and you team :))
First time sending my dog to boarding and im glad to have found VegasPalace. It is a safe space for the dogs and the service provided was good. Big space for dogs to run about and very clean too.
Second home to my dogs. Frequent updates and much tender loving care from carers! Without them, I can’t go overseas! Thank you for dedication to their needs and ensure their safety and wellbeing!

Vegaspalace is listed at the mid-range price tier, though specific nightly or per-visit rates have not been published. In Singapore, pet boarding fees typically vary based on the size and breed of the animal, the type of accommodation (shared suite, private suite, or dedicated room), and any add-on services such as grooming, additional walks, or medication administration. It is worth confirming the full rate card directly with Vegaspalace before booking, including any surcharges for public holidays, large breeds, or pets requiring special care. Most boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza (DHPP), as well as rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently required for boarding and group-stay environments. For cats, the standard requirement is the FVRCP combination vaccine covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia. Vaccination records are typically expected to be current within the past 12 months, and proof of vaccination is usually required at drop-off. Confirm Vegaspalace's specific vaccination requirements directly when making your booking enquiry, as policies can vary between facilities.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. Vegaspalace does not currently list an AVS licence in its publicly available information, so it is strongly advisable to ask directly whether the facility holds a valid AVS boarding licence and to request the licence number before confirming any booking. You should also ask about insurance coverage and the protocol in place should your pet become unwell or sustain an injury during its stay. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
