I recently completed the Generative AI course, and it was a really great experience. The lessons were clear, practical, and easy to follow, even when the topics were new or slightly technical. I learned a lot about how Generative AI can be used in real work situations. Kenneth is a wonderful trainer. He explains concepts in a very simple and patient manner, making sure everyone understands before moving on. His real-life examples and guidance made the sessions engaging and meaningful. Overall, I’m very glad I joined this course. It has definitely increased my confidence in using AI tools, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in learning Generative AI.
I have attended the 4-day WSQ GAI Bootcamp with Vertical Institute. The course coordination was good and smooth. The course duration is just nice for me to learn more in depth of the subject matter. The facilities is adequate for our learning experience. Our Trainer, Mr Rajesh Goda is knowledgeable, very encouraging and supporting, in giving a lot of practices, and share with us his learning experiences. He is also helpful in providing more learning tips in exploring further in GAI. My time was well invested with VI. Thank you very much.
I recently attended the Generative AI course at Vertical Institute taught by Anni, and it was a really good experience overall. Anni did a great job breaking down GenAI concepts in a way that was easy to understand, even if you don’t come from a technical background. The course wasn’t just theory — there were lots of real-life examples and practical use cases that showed how GenAI can actually be applied at work, not just talked about. The sessions were interactive and engaging, and Anni was always open to questions and discussions, which made the learning environment relaxed and enjoyable. I also appreciated how practical the content was — there were many takeaways that I could immediately try out after the class. Overall, it’s a solid course if you want to understand GenAI in a practical, no-fluff way. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone curious about how GenAI can be used in real work situations.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself during this past 4 days. I am so glad I chose Vertical Institute as my training provider. My trainer Mr Prabhjit is very knowledgeable and engaging. I strongly encourage people to come and learn this course!
I recently completed the Generative AI course with Vertical Institute, and it has been one of the most valuable learning experiences I’ve had. While I had some prior exposure to AI tools, my understanding was still limited. Through this course, I gained a much stronger foundation and was able to confidently generate reports, create images, and develop professional slide decks. A special thank you to Annie, our instructor, for her expertise, patience, and effective teaching approach. She explained complex concepts clearly and shared practical insights that made the learning experience highly engaging and impactful. I completed this course feeling significantly more confident and equipped with stronger AI skills. I highly recommend Vertical Institute to anyone looking to upskill in Generative AI.

Vertical Institute does not publicly list per-session pricing, and the specific fee will depend on the course, format (group vs one-to-one), and duration of the programme. Courses in test preparation and admissions coaching in Singapore typically range from S$300–800 for a group term programme to S$100–250 per session for one-to-one instruction, though these figures vary widely by provider and subject matter. When enquiring, ask for a full breakdown of what is included — course materials, practice papers, mock assessments, and any supplementary sessions. Ask whether the fee covers a fixed number of sessions or a fixed calendar term, and whether there is a trial class fee before committing. Many test preparation providers in Singapore offer a trial class, sometimes at a reduced fee or as part of the first session, so it is worth asking Vertical Institute directly whether this is available for the specific course you are interested in. A trial class allows you to assess the teaching style, the pace of instruction, whether the level is appropriate, and how engaged the student is before committing to a full term. For test preparation in particular, confirming that the syllabus aligns with your target examination — whether that is a local or international qualification — is important before signing up.
Vertical Institute's instructor credentials are not detailed in publicly available listing data. For test preparation and admissions coaching, relevant credentials typically include subject-matter expertise, familiarity with the specific examination board or admissions process, and demonstrable results from past cohorts. It is worth asking directly about instructors' educational backgrounds, how long they have been teaching the specific course, and whether they have experience with the examination board or institution your child is targeting. Pass rates or university placement outcomes, if the provider publishes them, are also a useful indicator of programme quality.
