About Vimo Services
Vimo Services offers medical escort services islandwide in Singapore, operating from Suntec Tower One in the city centre. The listing has been verified by KakiList and is registered with ACRA. Its current Google rating of 1.9 out of 5 is based on only 8 reviews — too small a sample to draw reliable conclusions, and prospective clients should seek additional references before engaging.
A medical escort engagement typically begins with an assessment of the elderly person's mobility, medical condition, and the nature of the appointment — whether a routine outpatient visit, specialist consultation, or hospital discharge. Families should confirm the scope of assistance offered: whether the escort accompanies the patient door-to-door, assists with wheelchair or mobility aid, communicates with clinical staff, and handles administrative paperwork at the facility. Hours required, frequency of appointments, and any specific medical considerations should all be discussed upfront. It is also worth clarifying whether the service covers accident and emergency situations or is limited to pre-scheduled outpatient visits.
To proceed, contact Vimo Services directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe the elder's needs, intended appointment dates, and any mobility or medical requirements, then request a written quote covering all applicable charges before confirming.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
I’m disappointed with my experiences using Vimo’s services for Wheelchair Transport. The customer support I interacted with felt unhelpful and lacked empathy, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. Their booking system is extremely rigid — the terms are strict, there’s no flexibility for changes, and they do not allow any change in pickup location once the booking is made. For example, waiting charges are $5 for every 5 minutes, which adds up quickly. On top of that, I ended up waiting a long time for a driver, only for the driver to cancel on me. The system then told me to expect another 50-minute wait, which was incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, I personally messaged the driver to check if he could come earlier, or I would have been stuck waiting even longer. What surprised me most was being told that certain booking adjustments would only be possible if I purchased their insurance add-on. It felt disappointing to hear that flexibility hinges on paying extra — especially when some people using their services are already in a vulnerable situation and rely heavily on clear, supportive arrangements. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding online or PayNow payments. If you really need to book with them, paying in cash feels like the safer option, since their “live system” policies leave almost no flexibility or protection for customers. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I genuinely hope they rethink their approach to customer service.
Very poor customer service. The gentleman who liaised with us on whatsapp was extremely rude and failed to understand basic instructions in english. They were also late when picking us up. The driver (Bryan) was really friendly though - hes the only reason they get 1 star.
Booking on the Vimo app was easy and the drivers(both ways ) arrived early. The driver details were sent one day before the trip. It was a pleasant experience, pleasant and polite drivers. I did not have to deal with customer service at all. Everything was in the app, including chat with the driver. I booked the wheelchair transport and it was way more affordable than medical transport. Highly recommended.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They clearly do not know how to speak and handle customers.
Same issue as what previous people mentioned. Customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is a way to speak to customers and this company does not quite have that skillset trained.

Vimo Services has not published a price list, so you will need to request a quote directly. Medical escort fees in Singapore are typically structured by trip or by hour, with common variables including distance, duration, mobility aid required (wheelchair, stretcher), number of escorts, and whether waiting time at the clinic or hospital is billed separately. Confirm in writing whether public holiday surcharges apply, whether transport costs (private hire, ambulance, or wheelchair-accessible vehicle) are included or billed on top, and whether GST is applicable. Vimo Services is listed under medical escort, which is a visit-based, appointment-specific service rather than live-in or recurring daily care. The escort accompanies the elderly person to and from a medical facility — typically for outpatient appointments, specialist visits, or hospital discharge — and the engagement ends when the patient is returned home. If your family needs ongoing personal care, companionship, or live-in support, a medical escort provider may not be the right fit. Clarify with Vimo Services exactly what is covered during the escort — clinical communication, waiting time, post-appointment observation — and whether they can accommodate repeat or regular bookings for patients with frequent medical appointments.
Vimo Services does not currently list any regulatory licences on its KakiList profile, so prospective clients should ask directly about the qualifications of the escorts — for example, whether they hold first-aid certification, nursing aide training, or relevant caregiving credentials. For visit-based medical escort services, insurance coverage is an important consideration: confirm whether the provider carries public liability insurance and whether the escort is covered if an incident occurs during transit or at the facility. It is also worth asking whether the service is registered with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) or any relevant professional body, and whether a replacement escort is available if the assigned person is unavailable on the day of the appointment.
If Vimo Services isn't the right fit, these are other medical escort providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
