I was served be Eddie from Bedok Mall outlet. As I just touched down from the plane and exit the airport, I wanted to get a pair of glasses within a short period of time as mine was damaged due to a fall from my holiday and sustain some minor injuries on my fingers. I specifically only wants red frame and Eddie helped me look for it. I know red frame might not be that easy to find but he is able to show me some products. As my job need lots of eye power, getting the finished product might not be feasible at times. I told Eddie that I need the glasses urgently. He managed to get it done beautifully within 3 working days. During the consultation, he was very patient with explaining to me and checking the degree for me. He made me felt assured and calm and at ease during the whole process. When I went to collect the glasses today, Eddie still asked about the injuries on my finger which I never expect. Eddie's approach to the customers was also pleasant and brings comfort to the customer. Eddie's service was indeed SUPERB. KEEP IT UP.

Due to time constraints, I chose to visit the optical shop near my home. It was my first visit and certainly the last. I was told they would text me once my contact lenses arrived, and that I should expect an update within three days if they had stock. I made the payment on that day itself. However, after waiting for a full week with no news, I decided to drop by the shop myself. Guess what, the lenses had already arrived and were just sitting in the cabinet. Had I not gone down personally, I might have ended up waiting until the new year. The price isn’t cheap, but the service was beyond disappointing.
