When my son's glasses lost a nose pad, I asked for their assistance, and they immediately helped without hesitation. Alicia went the extra mile by noticing that the glasses frame was not straight and suggested my son come to the shop to try on the frame so she could straighten it for him. I brought my son in, and they provided him with a new glasses box, as the current one was too small and could have caused the glasses to bend. I am truly grateful for their exceptional assistance and professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that the service was free of charge. I highly recommend their excellent customer service!
