Had a really pleasant experience with White Artz’s team for my service yard cabinets! From the very beginning, Keith was always prompt and responsive, patiently answering my questions. Peter arranged the site inspection very quickly (if not mistaken, just 2 days after my enquiry), which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Installation days were equally impressive! The uncle who handled the installation was meticulous and neat, and everything was done beautifully. Most importantly, there were absolutely no hiccups throughout the entire process. Originally he was supposed to come on the following week again for the rest of the work, but he was managed to come on the next day instead. I feel very thankful for that! What I truly appreciated was that while many carpentry companies didn’t even reply (perhaps because it was considered a small project) or just said that my service yard’s space is too small for the installation of cabinets, Keith and Peter never ignored me and treated my job with sincerity and professionalism. Very grateful for the great service and workmanship. Will definitely engage them again for future home upgrades!👍🏻

We had our new kitchen built by them 4 years ago, and it is still absolutely amazing. The materials are top quality — everything still looks shiny and like new even after all these years. Recently, we had a small stove issue, and their support was outstanding. They responded quickly, support immediately, and even followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. I contacted White Artz Carpentry last minute with a tight deadline and was honestly not expecting much, but they assured me they could get it done. They arranged an appointment the very next day and started work almost immediately. One of the workers even came down on his own to double-check all the measurements before starting, which really showed their commitment to getting things right. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they managed to deliver even before the expected timeline. Despite the fast turnaround, the materials used feel solid and the workmanship is good. Husband n I did our research and saw that White Artz has good reviews. We made an appt and carpenter came to our house. All work n decision makings done in the comfort of our home. Payment was done seamlessly too, via paynow. Some Deposit and balance after work was done. Work done as promised in 2 days for both built in wardrobes for bedrooms n floor to ceiling shoe cabinet. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt responses to my needs. Special thanks to Mr. Keith, who was always quick to reply, and Mr. Peter, who is very experienced in carpentry work. He completed the measurements efficiently and produced an excellent masterpiece. He even managed to find the same design print for my wet area cabinet to match my existing dry area cabinet. Highly recommended!
