If you are considering enrolling a child, the first step is to enquire about level and age suitability, class availability, and whether the syllabus aligns with your child's current stage of development. It is worth asking whether a trial class is available before committing to a term, and clarifying whether sessions are conducted in groups or on a one-to-one basis. Confirm the term structure, any materials or uniform fees, and whether classes are held on-site at Woodleigh Park or at additional locations islandwide. Win-Win Gymnastics can be reached via WhatsApp or phone.
To take the next step, contact Win-Win Gymnastics directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about current class schedules, age groups catered to, and trial class availability before committing to a term.

Take the trial class and confirm the coach's actual credentials before committing to a term.
We attended the gym for a term. We wish to feedback and warn other parents that a coach (Joycelyn) is totally unprofessional and seems untrained too. During class, she just stands and watches while another coach manages on her own to guide and correct each kid (class of 8). When the kids are split into smaller groups for different tasks at multiple stations, she forgets the exercises that the kids have done and will ask (the kids or the main coach) what they are supposed to do next. Safety is a major concern, especially when she does not correct the kids when they are doing the exercises wrongly. Her attitude is unacceptable for a gym coach. We tried requesting for the credentials of coaches, but Jason (the person-in-charge) did not follow up after saying he would get back to us. The gym advertised themselves with all the essential facilities and equipment but it rents the gym to another school for training. The kids have to share the space and priority is given to the school who rented it. When the school uses the facilities, the Win Win gym students will not get to use them. The Win Win gym students are basically supplementary income. The write up on their website is completely untrue.
Coaches are friendly and are always looking out for the kids safety and their progress. Kids enjoy the classes and are always eager to go for classes. Highly recommend to parents who want to bring their kids for gymnastics!

Win-Win Gymnastics is listed at the S$$ price tier, but specific per-session rates, monthly packages, or term fees were not published at the time of this listing. For enrichment gymnastics classes in Singapore, per-session fees typically range from S$30 to S$80 depending on group size, session duration, and the provider's facilities. When enquiring, ask whether pricing is structured as a per-session drop-in rate, a monthly recurring fee, or a fixed term package. Clarify whether there is a registration fee, a materials or uniform charge, and whether sibling or multi-class discounts apply. A trial class, if offered, may be priced separately or included in the first month's fee. See the full Enrichment Classes cost guide for Singapore →
Many enrichment gymnastics providers in Singapore offer a trial class, either at a reduced rate or at the standard per-session fee, before asking families to commit to a full term. It is worth confirming directly with Win-Win Gymnastics whether a trial is available and what it costs. During a trial class, observe whether the level is appropriate for your child's age and physical ability, how the coach manages the group, and whether your child responds well to the teaching style. Class size matters in a physical discipline like gymnastics — smaller groups generally allow more individual attention and safer supervision. Contact Win-Win Gymnastics via WhatsApp or phone to ask about trial class availability and to confirm which age groups and levels are currently open.
Coaching credentials were not listed in the provider's current information on KakiList. For gymnastics specifically, relevant qualifications may include certifications from the Singapore Gymnastics federation, internationally recognised coaching licences, or a background in competitive gymnastics. Years of teaching experience and any alignment with school physical education programmes are also worth asking about. If the programme is intended to complement a child's school physical education or to develop competitive skills, it is worth asking directly whether the coaching team holds formal certifications and whether they have experience working with your child's age group. Raise these questions when you contact Win-Win Gymnastics — a credible provider will be able to answer them clearly.
