Wood Culture is Singapore's expert in Vinyl Flooring, Engineered Timber and Solid Hardwood.
Homeowners contacting Wood Culture typically ask about Carpentry. The team positions itself as a working home services outfit rather than a generalist, so you can expect questions about scope, access, and timing before a quote is confirmed.
Wood Culture covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Wood Culture a solid average of 4.4/5 across 37 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.
For a realistic quote from Wood Culture, send a brief description of the work on WhatsApp — include your area, property type, and when you'd like the job done. Because KakiList doesn't sit between you and the provider, quotes tend to come back quickly and without boilerplate upselling.
Frank was the sales manager who guided me on the entire balcony decking installation process from start to end. Frank was professional in giving advice on price, selection and how the installation will be carried. The actual installation went smooth and the installers were professional and prompt in delivery and installation. Frank was able to coordinate the process smoothly and had no problems responding to my questions even after office hours, speeding up the installation process. Thank you!
Approached by sales Kailee from wood culture at Eunos showroom. Given me and hub a very good insight of their vinyl and finally we choose to go with their flooring. We are very pleased with what we get. Thank you very much for your good recommendation, we love our floor now.
Thought that this subsidiary brand under the big and established company - Hafary would be of good quality and assurance would be given. But turns out to be dreadful. Moved in less than a year, their vinyl flooring starts to have issue. The series that I gotten was from Belgium but quality was ultra disappointing. Such a big company, we thought they should have their own installation team, but mine was sub out and installed by 2 young Malaysian boys, not even “old experienced” man. Gaps appeared randomly now at spots that shows the vinyl seperating away from each other. When you touch and feel at the showroom it felt solidified, when I moved in and stepped for the first time, there’s hollow clacking sound every step when you walk around. Just very plasticky feel and sound. No service recovery was done to the issues that I feedback to them. Pricing doesn’t justify with the quality, installation skills and after sales. Would greatly urge to stay away. Immense disappointment
Looks amazing and feel great with our new vinyl flooring, sales person was knowledgeable and patience in answering my questions. The installer did a great work and cleaned up after work done. Wood Culture is a great selection, great service, great workmanship and reasonable price, highly recommended
I do not have the option of negative stars. I went to the showroom in Hafary and was sold on how good and smooth looking Wood Culture Engineered wood is. It turned out to be a disaster. 1) The workmanship turned out to be very bad. Thick and uneven silicon, stains on wood, holes at corners. 2) They also couldn’t do curved skirting during installation but the salesperson specifically said that is not an issue when we asked at the showroom. We had to replace with other type of material skirting which was not engineered wood. 3) The patterns on the wood was completely different from that in the showroom. We expected a clean smooth even toned finishing, but got a patchy floor that looked like it was wrinkled in some areas. When we asked the wood culture representative, we were told it is ‘natural’ and it’s just because of lighting. You do not get what you see so please do not choose wood culture.
