Awesome customer service. I purchased just six short pieces of pine wood which cost less than $27 in total, and they delivered FOC right to my doorstep in Punggol. And what really amazed me was that they responded to my inquiry - within 24 hours to boot. Normally, for small orders like mine, most businesses will either take a couple of days to respond or not at all. So I was pleasantly surprised that they responded at all. That said, the pieces of wood were so well and tightly packed (b'cos I was worried and inquired about the wood's % moisture content), I spent a good amount of time trying to unpack them. Considering the price I paid, the texture and condition of the wood were acceptable. Each piece of wood was well cut and planed, the dimensions were just right it saved me a lot of time in construction. Will definitely consider ordering from them in future.

These guys provide great service, including dimensioning, planing, sanding and even delivery. Plus! They're really friendly too. :) I've bought a large quantity of wood from here and will be buying more for sure. I've attached a photo of a tabletop made from 3 Khaya (African Mahogany) boards I bought from here. I barely did anything but glue, sand, and finish with polyurethane - and look how beautifully it turned out!
