The registration process was very easy and smooth, and we really appreciated the daily prompt updates on their condition throughout the stay, which gave us great peace of mind. The person in charge was nice, friendly, and attentive, and with the strong support from the Woodgrove Veterinary team, we felt very comfortable and confident leaving our cats in their care. It’s only because of how our kids are treated with so much love and care with all the impressive staff, cat lover! All the staff cater to our kids different character each step a time while updating us with videos and messages of individuals progression! Our mind is at ease away travelling for holiday! Knowing they were under the care wonderful stuff. Our kids are normally rebellious with new environment away from home. Here, they seem so comfortable with the play time given to them! Mr Kumar & team are incredibly gentle and attentive — true cat lovers who clearly know how to handle feline guests with care and patience. The cats were obviously abit shy and scared at first, but the team gave them space & time to settle in. They provided cozy bedding, daily playtime, and even sent us personalised photo & video updates, which really eased our mind. The place is clean, secure, and smelled fresh. We could tell they took hygiene seriously. The environment is calm and peaceful. Our cats came home being happy, healthy and not stressed at all.
