We just got our golden retriever/poodle puppy from the Woof Loof and we are so happy with our experience! Our puppy, Henry, is such a happy and social dog. We got wonderful information about vets, trainers, and Henry’s dna profile from the Woof Loof. We left fully stocked with all the puppy essentials from a new dog bed, food, treats, toys, puppy pen, and doggie shampoo and conditioner. Everything you need for your dog is available at the Woof Loof. Communication has been great with Shyne and I get all my questions answered thoroughly and quickly. You can tell they really care about the puppies. We are so happy with our new family member, Henry, and are grateful we found the Woof Loof.

As first time dog owners, our family really appreciated how Woof Loof provided us with so much assurance and support throughout the whole process. Shyne assured us that her puppies are ethically bred and come to us happy and healthy. Indeed, we found the puppies at Woof Loof to be friendly, cute and full of life! We fell in love with a mini aussie, Neville, cutely named after a Harry Potter character. We took Neville home and kept his name! 🥰 Shyne and Reena were helpful in showing us all the basics of puppy care, like pee training, feeding, and daily routines. Shyne is responsive whenever we have any questions. She also helped us with boarding Neville while we were away, giving us peace of mind as Neville is very comfortable with Shyne. We appreciate her honesty and genuine care for both puppies and customers. Neville has been such a bundle of joy in our family, he’s so energetic and learns tricks so fast! When we were looking for a puppy for our family, we wanted to source from an ethical breeder who care about the breeding parents and raise the puppies in a home environment. It was impossible to find a pet shop in Singapore, until we found Woofloof. On our first visit to Woofloof, Shyne did not rush to sell us puppies at all. She took time to understand what we are looking for and our family dynamics, and went on to share about their breeders, the ENS therapy that they put the puppies through, etc. We were very drawn by the transparency on the information of breeders, and the fact that Shyne was screening us to make sure that we are the right family for the puppies, makes us feel reassured that this is not just a pet shop that is out to make a sale. When we finally got Ruby (Talia) for our home, Shyne noted that we are first time owners and checked in with us to make sure we are fine. Ruby wasn't feeling well after we picked her up, Woofloof team responded immediately and took full responsibility to get her seen by the vet. We are so thankful for the support. When we were looking to welcome a new puppy into our home, our first consideration was to find a provider that worked with actual professional and ethical breeders. We have never been comfortable buying from local pet shops that had puppies with no documentation or parental history. Woof Loof is one of the few we found that operates on a whole other level and actually sources properly. When we first contacted them, Shyne arranged to see us that very day. Their concerns were matching us with a breed that worked for us, rather than just making a sale. Shyne was knowledgeable and considerate and talked us through thoroughly what we should expect and how she had sourced the puppies. All medical history and documentation was shared with us in an upfront way. We were also assured to find that we could independently verify the breeder she was using and our puppy wasn't coming from some nameless source. Once we had made a decision on our girl Ruby, the Woof Loof team kept us in the loop and shared her progress with us. We received regular updates once a week until she arrived. Another huge reassurance was seeing video of our puppy in the breeder's home and interacting with people, giving us confidence in her temperament and health. Pick-up day was a smooth experience with Shyne and Reena walking us through the handover and what to expect the first week. They were very kind to let us know we could contact them for any advice. The quality of a professionally and ethically bred puppy speaks for itself. As an experienced dog owner who has both adopted and bought puppies in the past, i can say that Ruby truly has the best temperament as a puppy I've experienced so far. We are very grateful to Woof Loof for helping us find our Ruby!
