It’s clear how much thought and care goes into each class, from warm-ups to basic techniques and even life lessons about respect, focus, and perseverance. Our son has grown in confidence, coordination, and self-discipline and he always leaves class with a big smile. We’re so grateful for this program and the Coach’s dedication. It’s a great foundation not just for martial arts, but for character development. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a meaningful, energetic activity for their child!

Professional athletes but poor instructors. Send your child only when they are VERY disciplined and can follow ALL the instructions. The instructor will shout at child name and expect them to behave without any guidance. Communication with staff and instructor is very transactional. Zero customer service.
