Approached Wunder Rides for my Chauffeured Bridal Car rental, fees are transparent and customer service is prompt to response (despite my many late night texts). Everything was easy and a breeze with the friendly customer service support (Julene). Booked an Alphard, and they were very responsible to inform the supposed car is down for maintenance but also provided back-up options seeking approval from me! It really sets my mind at ease. They were also very helpful in ensuring the bridal car is available for car decor at my designated florist. They do charge an extra hour of rental fee to send the car for decor, but I find that very reasonable. Designated chauffeur also provided a pre-look of the decor, great communication, and super punctual on the actual day! Services provided by the chauffeur (Edwin) is remarkable. Noticed I am sweating a lot and provided tissues, water, and many many more. Car interior is clean, nice scent, and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience renting an Audi A5 from Wunder Rides for my wedding day! From the start, Julene was incredibly helpful and responsive — she guided me through the options and made sure everything was well arranged for the big day. A few days before the wedding, I was informed that the handover person, Soon Hang, had a meeting on the handover day and could only do a later slot. Unfortunately, that timing didn’t fit with my car décor vendor’s schedule. Thankfully, Julene and her team went above and beyond to make alternative arrangements — James personally drove the car down to the decor venue so the setup could proceed smoothly. I really appreciated their quick coordination and willingness to help, even with the last-minute change. The car itself was in excellent condition — clean, elegant, and a joy to drive. The whole process from handover to return was smooth and professional. My brother was hooked badly after driving the car haha.
