About Xpress Confinement Nanny

About Xpress Confinement Nanny

Xpress Confinement Nanny is a confinement food caterer operating islandwide from its base at Katong Shopping Centre, Singapore. It holds a 4.8/5 rating across 101 Google reviews — a robust sample that suggests consistent customer satisfaction. No ACRA registration has been confirmed, and no regulatory licences appear on record, so prospective customers should verify the provider's SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence before placing an order.

When enquiring, confirm whether the 28-day package is the entry point or whether shorter 7-day or 14-day trial options are available. Clarify how many trays are delivered per day — typically two (lunch and dinner) or three with breakfast added — and whether herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics are bundled into the package price or billed separately. Ask about the dietary tradition (Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, or vegetarian), whether the menu rotates daily or repeats weekly, and whether breastfeeding-friendly adjustments such as low-spice or rice-wine-free dishes are available. Confirm the twice-daily delivery windows, packaging type (BPA-free, microwave-safe), and the refund or substitute policy if a delivery is missed.

Contact Xpress Confinement Nanny via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to request the current package menu and pricing, and ask about a trial meal before committing to a full deposit.

We are incredibly grateful to have had Ann Choo (sheau yen) as our confinement nanny. She provided exceptional care for our newborn, giving us complete peace of mind during such an important and delicate period. Also this is not our first rodeo and she is here for our 2nd child, so we have a set of preferences that she easily accommodated to us, instead of insisting on her ways. Ann is experienced, attentive, and very gentle with babies. Beyond caring for our little one, she also went the extra mile by helping with household chores like folding our clothes and mopping the floor for the entire house, which made a huge difference for our family. Her cooking skills are superb — every meal was delicious, nutritious, and thoughtfully prepared with a great variety throughout the confinement period. We truly looked forward to every dish she made. We highly recommend Nanny Ann Choo to any parents looking for a dedicated, capable, and caring confinement nanny. She has been a true blessing to our family.

We hired a confinement nanny, Ms. Kok Lee Peng, through Xpress Confinement Nanny for the first two weeks after our baby boy was born, and we are extremely grateful for her support during this important period. From day one, Ms. Kok was very experienced, patient, and attentive, guiding us step by step as we adjusted to caring for a newborn. She took the time to teach us proper baby-care techniques, helped us understand our baby’s routines, and ensured that both the baby and we were well-settled and comfortable. In addition to her excellent childcare skills, Ms. Kok is an outstanding cook. Her confinement meals were nutritious, well-balanced, and delicious, which greatly supported the mother’s recovery. She also kept the house tidy and maintained a calm, reassuring presence throughout her stay. Overall, Ms. Kok Lee Peng was a tremendous help to our family, and we would highly recommend her to any parents looking for a reliable, caring, and highly experienced confinement nanny.

So blessed to have Nanny Tan (Candy) allocated to us! 10000/10 🤩🤩🤩 Nanny Tan was such a great big help, so thankful to have her for 2 months. She is gentle, caring, knowledgeable, kind, generous and extremely hardworking. Baby Care: she handles the newborn with great patience, she never rushes, and is ever so gentle with the baby. The way she coaxes the baby, she does it with patience and grace. You will feel 1000000% at ease with her looking after your newborn. Confinement food: pictures speak for itself! If you have the right ingredients, she will create magic in the kitchen! The confinement tea that she prepares daily was so delicious, you will be sad when confinement is over 🤣 Nanny Tan always puts the mother and baby first and there’s so much to learn from her. She was really more than I could ever ask for. Our family is so thankful to have her, and anyone else who has the luck of having her as their confinement nanny is one lucky person! 10/10 🥰🥰 I’ll never forget her! ❤️

We hired a confinement nanny from Xpress Group at the very last minute and were glad to have Auntie Siew Lian as our nanny. She was knowledgeable in taking care of our newborn and receptive to feedback. I also appreciate how she puts in effort in thinking of new recipes to cook. (My photos don’t do her cooking skills justice because most of the time I’m too excited to eat and would only remember to take a photo after eating halfway.) We all love her presence, even my toddler, who has been asking for “Auntie” ever since my confinement ended. Also appreciate Xpress Group for helping us to find a suitable nanny in such a short period. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a confinement nanny to look for Xpress Group!

We are very thankful for our confinement nanny’s care Karen and her dedication. Karen took excellent care of our baby, was attentive to details, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure both baby and mother were well taken care of. Her cooking is great too 👍🏻 Her support made our confinement period much smoother and more reassuring. Highly recommended ! 😊

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Xpress Confinement Nanny charge for a confinement food package?

Xpress Confinement Nanny uses a package-based price model, displayed at the $$ tier. In the Singapore market, 28-day confinement food packages typically range from S$1,200 to S$2,800 depending on the number of daily trays, whether herbal soups and tonics are included, and the dietary tradition. Shorter 7-day or 14-day options are commonly offered for trial or partial coverage. Confirm whether delivery surcharges apply for landed properties or addresses outside the central region. Also clarify whether the package price bundles red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics, or whether these are billed separately — this can meaningfully affect the total cost. See the full confinement food cost guide for Singapore →

What dietary tradition does Xpress Confinement Nanny follow, and is there a trial meal?

Singapore confinement food traditions include Cantonese (the most common — warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, and rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, and vegetarian. Before placing an order, confirm which tradition Xpress Confinement Nanny specialises in, whether the menu rotates day-to-day or repeats on a weekly cycle, and whether dishes can be adjusted for breastfeeding mothers who prefer low-spice or rice-wine-free options. Most reputable caterers offer a single-day or trial meal at around S$30–60. It is strongly advisable to book this before paying any package deposit — confinement appetite shifts daily and personal taste matters more than menu marketing.

Is Xpress Confinement Nanny licensed and how is food safety handled?

Licensed confinement food operations hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence, which comes with a hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D. Halal-certified providers also hold a MUIS certificate, which should appear on packaging. No licences have been confirmed for Xpress Confinement Nanny in the current listing data, so customers should ask directly for the SFA licence number and hygiene grade before paying a deposit. Confinement meals should be cooked the same day and delivered hot in microwave-safe, BPA-free containers within approximately a four-hour window. Confirm the twice-daily delivery slots and the provider's policy if a delivery is missed or a meal does not meet expectations. Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade — and MUIS halal certificate if relevant — before paying the package deposit.
