I got a dusty and unloved bergère armchair with ottoman off Carousell and they did such a fantastic job of reupholstering the entire thing, with brand-new sponge and a fresh coat of lacquer for the wood frame. Very impressed with the service, from the enquiry stage over WhatsApp, to the prompt collection, and their patience with helping me select the fabric swatches that they brought to my place, as well as the various trim options that they sent to me over Whatsapp afterwards. The results show me that they take pride in what they do - they took the effort to align the Chinoisserie print so that the pattern is centralised and continues along both "wings" of the armchair, and the flowers are also centralised on the upholstered armrests. I'm happy that I chose to go with them because the service is quick, professional and is good value for money.
