We engaged Jason Koh for our 15 years old 3B3B condo renovation and are very satisfied with the overall experience. From the design stage through to handover, Jason demonstrated strong credibility in every aspect, e.g. timeline management, quality control, incident management. Communication was credible and transparent throughout the process, with regular updates and clear explanations whenever decisions were needed. Jason was patient and accommodating to our requests, and he also offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both functionality and aesthetics. We actually met with 18 different ID firms before deciding, and ironically Nelson was the very first one we contacted 😂 — after all the comparisons, we still came back to him. What really stood out was that Nelson genuinely listened to our lifestyle and needs, instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all design.
