I had the worst experience with this clinic. And if only I read the reviews before I booked an appointment, almost all reviews giving 1 star. If have a half or 0 star sure many will rate that. Booked an appointment 10am just to avoid the Q but still need to register and have a Q number and waited 1 hour and half, I didn’t mind waiting for a while as I was off day. But becoming too long. Front desk staff lack manners with any patient step in. When my turn to go inside to see doc for a simple blood test, the doctor couldn’t find the vein at the usual spot at the inner elbow, she kept pushing the needle and the pain was still bearable, then she took an other syringe and poked it in my dorsal hand vein the pain was so severe that I ever had, and still can’t get any blood flowing so she kept pushing the needle down in my hand. I can’t tahan the pain and told her to stop.i did many blood tests but I never had this experience before. And the doc she just look cool and don’t care about the pain I was experiencing 🤬. So better avoid this clinic

Extremely disappointed that I’m still charged $38 consultation today for clarifying that there’ was indeed a mistake (not on my part) in the dosage that was keyed into the system since I first took my Mum to this clinic on 9th Dec. That day I was asked what are the meds my Mum has been regularly taking by Dr Yim and I said twice a day of 5mg each time of amlodipine. I have been caring for my Mum for 12 years and would titrate her medication when needed, with previous doctor’s approval that twice a day of 5 mg amlodipine keeps her BP readings at optimal. But Dr Yim recorded on 9th Dec as once a day only. So in the end, with the same Chas money of about $300 plus that I usually use to procure x months of twice a day 5mg amlodipine ( with next door’s clinic), now I’m x months lacking in night supply of amlodipine because the dosage was keyed into the system since 9th Dec as once a day. 😭 I was really crystal clear when asked how much Amlodipine my Mum usually needs to maintain a good blood pressure of 110 to 125 on 9th Dec and again also crystal clear when explaining to Dr Yim today, whom. finally changed my Mum’s dosage in the system to twice a day. But very disappointingly, even AFTER giving business of about $400ish to this clinic from my Mum’s Chas account, I wasn’t waived of the $38 consultation, for clarifying an error I did not cause.. My Mum’s 122 BP on the spot today and also on 9 Dec, so how is dropping her twice a day 5 mg amlodipine to just once a day, particularly on the first day she’s at this clinic even necessary?(rhetoric)

I visited both the gynae and GP. My kid was taken care by this gynae from pregnancy until birth (we signed a package). Subsequently we switched to the GP (his wife) and found that she was quite experienced with kids. Their prices are on the high side if compared with a regular GP but it’s cheaper than going to a PD. There’s always no queue as it’s located in a quiet corner.

I had the most horrific experience of seeing a gynae doctor here. Had been experiencing irregular menstrual and was looking for a gynae doctor near me, and found this clinic online and decided to visit this clinic last year. The specialist consultation cost $120++ while the GP consultation cost $90++, i thought it’s nothing too serious so i decided to see GP only instead. When consulting the lady GP, she asked a lot of questions and claim that i need to do a lot of tests which are pregnancy test, ultrasound scan, pap smear! The pap smear was the most painful experience i’ve ever had in my life! I was also bleeding and struggled in discomfort while the doctor still insist to collect the specimen, while it was actually nothing serious. I was disheartened by the pain and the unprofessionalism of the doctor. The pain was just indescribable during the pap smear process! After a few days, i went back to the clinic to take the report and as per normal, they still need to extra charge for consultation to review the report. I then went to another clinic to seek 2nd opinion on my issue, and the doctor was very surprised that why on earth that the doctor perform pap smear on me when in my condition, normal ultrascan is sufficient to know what’s wrong. I had the worst experience ever in this clinic.
