4 stars is ONLY for the doctor. She is a caring and very patient doctor and thorough. If possible i would rate a thumbs down for the counter staff, super impolite and rude. When i went there for registration, she was like shooing me away and told me to wait. I waited for quite awhile and the doctor is well into seeing the 3rd patient and she still doesn’t want to register for me, busy counting the money. And to my horror, after she counted the money she walked out of the clinic. End up i have to get the other counter staff who was dispersing the medication and register.

pros: doctor is comprehensive and very caring, i had a very detailed consult. waiting time was short at 12+pm. cons: 1) counter staff is impolite and has 0 customer service. did not check whether i have chas card/medical insurance upon registration. counter did not display consultation fees too. 2) consult fees are very high ($42.50). 3) Only accepts cash, which i found to be quite troublesome.

Dr. Foo is a patient and very detailed doctor. However, the receptionist/clinic assistants are generally rude towards patients, both in person and over the phone. Perhaps they're having a bad day every day? I hope the clinic takes our reviews seriously and makes an effort to improve their customer service, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
