ID Kayla Koh is a very responsible person who saw to any of my needs with immediate attention. The design she did for my apartment is amazing and to my expectation. Kayla ensures that good and experienced contractors are engaged to carry out the various installations and work such as tiling, plumbing, carpentry etc. Overall the work was well done and handed over on time. The work was carried out without much interference from me as I have full trust in her. Kayla is highly recommended. She delivers what was asked and advised accordingly. I have no doubt in her ID skills and experience! I like my new apartment and would recommend anyone who is seeking an ID.

Worked with Marc from Zenith Arc and was satisfied with the end product. The renovation period was from July to Oct 2025. There was no rush and hence we could take the time to work with Marc on the details to get everything to perfection. Marc was professional and responsive to the needs brought up and could always provide reasonable solutions to the issues faced. Quality of the overall work is good with the exception that after additional plastering of the walls, there were still obvious uneven surface on parts. The renovation journey was made more pleasant with Marc understanding the needs, albeit hiccups along the way which were inevitable.

Zenith Arc was one of the companies referred to us by Qanvast. We met with all the recommended interior designers, including Willy Lim from Zenith Arc. From the very beginning, Willy’s professionalism, punctuality, and design ideas stood out. He took the time to understand our pain points, and gave us the pros and cons of the various choices of materials and fixtures. Willy provided us with a detailed 3D render and a clear and detailed quote, which helped us visualize the final outcome and set expectations for the renovation. This 3D render also clarified our ideas, making it easier for us to move forward with Zenith Arc. We had heard plenty of renovation horror stories, but working with Zenith Arc and Willy was the complete opposite. Willy was very easy to get along with, was not pushy, and was willing to consider alternate options and opinions. He was an excellent project manager and kept us updated throughout the process and patiently addressed any questions or concerns we had. Willy even went above and beyond, assisting us in sourcing electrical and plumbing fittings. Zenith also had a team of very reputable contractors they exclusively work with, and all of them were fully onboard to complete the renovation on time and within budget. The entire experience was surprisingly smooth and relatively stress-free. The end result was stunning—exactly as envisioned in the 3D render—and we absolutely love it. Our visitors have been blown away by the quality and finish, with comments like, “Looks like a million bucks” and “Better than a five-star hotel” being common reactions.
