About Zennovi Confinement Food SG
Zennovi Confinement Food SG is a confinement food catering service delivering islandwide across Singapore. KakiList has verified operating details and a contact channel is confirmed. The service holds a 4.4/5 rating across 27 Google reviews — a moderate sample, though worth treating with some caution given the modest review count. Pricing sits in the mid-range band (displayed as $$), though exact package costs should be confirmed directly with the provider. Note that the listed address is in Johor Bahru, Malaysia; prospective customers should confirm the Singapore delivery kitchen or commissary details before placing an order.
Confinement food packages typically run 28 days, with shorter 7-day or 14-day trials available for those wishing to assess quality and portion fit before committing. Most caterers deliver two trays daily — lunch and dinner — with breakfast optional at an additional cost. Key questions to ask Zennovi include the dietary tradition followed (Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew, halal, or Western postnatal), whether herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics are bundled into the package price or billed separately, and the precise delivery windows. Confirm packaging is BPA-free and microwave-safe, and ask whether the menu rotates daily or repeats weekly. For breastfeeding mothers, a low-spice, rice-wine-free option should also be discussed.
To get started, reach out to Zennovi Confinement Food SG via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request the current package menu, delivery slots for your due month, and a trial meal — tasting before committing to a full 28-day package is strongly recommended.
Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
We were given a cozy place to try their confinement meals, at the same time watching how their chef cook the meals. The foods was fresh and healthy, most importantly delicious. Can taste that the meal they prepare are good for replenish woman health after delivery. Recommended.
I felt so bad introducing my aunty this place. She ordered the 'After Operation ' dinner. It cost RM108 per pax , just for 1 meal! There were Salmon, stir-fried green beans, soup and brown rice, My aunty said the fish and soup were OK. She didn't like green beans. Overall, the food were cold . The biggest issue was the poor delivery service. The delivery person didn’t call or wait—he just left the food in a corner and disappeared. She went downstairs herself to get it. The driver didn’t answer the phone when she called back, even though he had just contacted my aunty. Overall, we are very disappointed with the services.
Love the food! Glad that I have chosen this which is Chinese herbs based as I felt that I am less tired and recovered much faster than before compared to the previous round. Food is always hot and prompt. Highly recommend!

Zennovi Confinement Food SG uses a package-based pricing model displayed at the mid-range ($$) tier. Across the Singapore confinement food market, 28-day packages typically run S$1,200–2,800 depending on the number of trays per day, dietary tradition, and whether herbal soups and tonics are included or priced separately. Shorter 7-day or 14-day trial packages are usually available at a proportional cost and are a sensible way to assess quality before committing to the full month. Confirm whether a delivery surcharge applies to landed properties or addresses in the north and west of Singapore. Ask specifically what each package tier includes — some caterers bundle red dates tea, longan tea, and herbal soups into the headline price, while others bill these as add-ons. Getting an itemised quote in writing before paying any deposit will prevent surprises. See the full confinement food cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore confinement food traditions vary meaningfully in flavour profile and ingredients. Cantonese-style is the most common — centred on warming soups, ginger, sesame oil, and sometimes rice wine. Hokkien and Teochew styles differ in their use of herbs and seasoning. Western-style postnatal menus exist for mothers who prefer less traditional fare, and halal-certified options cater to Muslim mothers. Confirm which tradition Zennovi follows, whether the daily menu rotates or repeats on a weekly cycle, and whether a rice-wine-free or low-spice variant is available for breastfeeding. Before committing to a full package, ask whether Zennovi offers a single-day trial meal — most reputable caterers provide this at roughly S$30–60. Confinement appetite and palate shift considerably day to day, so tasting the actual food matters far more than reviewing a menu PDF. Book the trial well before your due date so there is time to switch providers if needed.
No regulatory licences are currently listed for Zennovi Confinement Food SG on this profile. Ask Zennovi directly for their SFA licence number and current hygiene grade before placing an order. Note also that the registered address listed is in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Before paying a deposit, confirm the location of the kitchen preparing your meals, how food is transported across the border into Singapore, and how delivery freshness is maintained within the standard 4-hour cooked-to-delivery window. Confirm the twice-daily delivery slots and the policy if a delivery is missed or delayed. Confirm the SFA hygiene grade and MUIS halal certificate if relevant before paying the package deposit.
