The main point is the communication and center policy issues. I appreciate your suggestion to call directly, which I did. However, it's frustrating that queries unrelated to fees are often overlooked. I've noticed that WhatsApp messages concerning fees receive immediate attention, while other inquiries seem to go unanswered and no call back from the centre either. This inconsistency is disappointing, and I believe all concerns should be treated with equal importance and urgency. 4. Regarding the makeup class policy, the receipt clearly states that replacement classes are on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
