Yvonne is my savior 👍🫰. She skillfully helps me to adjust my spectacles which is bought from elsewhere when i shared w her that I still could not adapt to my progressive lenses even after one month of usage. After her adjustment, I can feel the immediate improvement - my spectacles weight are eventually distributed, it's not too tight anymore. Most imporantly, it's no longer straining for my eyes when I tried reading on my phone screen. Thank you so much, Yvonne 🫰 Appreciate your willingness to help and kindness. My previous pair of glasses from Zoff Paya Lebar held up very well (4 years), so when it was time for me to change to new glasses, I went back to Zoff. The outlet at PLQ was closed, unfortunately, so I brought myself down to the outlet at Orchard Ion. Service was, as always, impeccable. Shoutout to Alex, who helped me with my prescription, and to edger and dispenser Yen Yen, and cashier Pat. All three were patient, professional and prompt in their service. Alex, in particular, paid close attention to my astigmatism while testing for my prescription. The results were really comfortable glasses. As I had an older set of frames which could still be used, I really appreciated that Zoff offers lens replacement services, saving me some money. Also, I wanted transition lens with high optical power, including for astigmatism. Zoff offers that, and the quality of transition lens was really great; clear, holds up well, and transitions quickly, with the tint changing well to different levels, based on surrounding UV levels. If you’re looking for prescription glasses, I would look to Zoff Ion Orchard.
