The team at 3000Immunity are so quick to respond, very friendly, and know exactly what kind of issue you may be dealing with by description or a quick picture. This is actually my second or third time with them, they remembered the past history, and also sent someone within 24 hours. They're prompt to show up on time and extremely thorough with inspection and carrying out the treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone !!
Technician arrived prompt. He did a thorough inspection of apartment and sprayed throughout. And placed deterrents. He advised about taping gaps and garbage chute and recommended drain covers. I was told Iād likely see a few more cockroaches initially after treatment. Which I did. Overall very happy with the service. It has given me some peace of mind. Thank you.

I reached out to them on Sunday evening for roach spraying (figuring they would respond on Monday). But they immediately responded back! Could make an appointment for 2 days later. We were going on vacation so I was super happy with the fast appointment. They guy was 30 min early and was very kind and knowledgeable. Giving explanation, lots of tips and answering my questions. So far the treatment is working really well. Very professional, fast service, highly recommend!!
The rating is purely based on customer service, she made decisions for me even though I did not ask her to. There were only good reviews so far, so I was hoping I could count on them, however, I was annoyed by the quality of the customer service. This is my first-time wanting to go through with the service of a pest control company and I had a fair share of questions to ask. It was going well until I asked questions on payment methods and I found her rude and condescending. She said she can void the invoice and voided it even though I did not ask her to, however, I agreed to it in the end as I do not wish to engage in their services anymore. I can't speak for the quality of the technician's service but it is up to you whether to engage with them. Update: What do you mean by "I could not accept the payment method and we respect your decision?" I did not say I did not wish to proceed, I had more questions to ask so I did not go through with the payment yet. You can look at our conversation in the chat and you will not find me saying "I don't wish to proceed" except for at the end when I said "Alright" after your rude response. All you had to do was reply with a "yes" or "no" or say you don't accept partial payment like you did in this review. You could have explained it in the chat like you did here but you chose to be rude in the end. What you stated in the invoice was just methods to get the money to you e.g. paynow, bank transfer nothing about partial payments so I had to ask if it's available. You telling me I can read the google reviews and no customer did what I had requested and voiding the invoice when I did not ask you to is rude,condescending and unprofessional to me.
