Alongside him was his colleague Jackson, who was also actively involved in the planning stage. Although there was a delay in the renovation due to shipment issues, the team provided a clear and transparent timeline on the renovation progress, which helped manage expectations. Francis is someone who genuinely tries to understand the homeowner’s needs. He is also able to provide immediate hand-drawn sketches (traditional style) on the spot, which made it much easier for us to visualize and understand the design ideas. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a designer who is patient and hands-on. Jackson, as a young designer, brought in fresh and innovative ideas.
