It is verified by KakiList and holds a 3.7/5 rating across 95 Google reviews — a moderate sample that suggests a mixed reception worth investigating before booking. When enquiring, confirm the hall's capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail numbers typically run 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated figure, with theatre seating falling between the two. Ask about floor plan flexibility, in-house F&B or external-caterer policy (including any corkage fee or approved-caterer list), bar service and whether a Liquor Licence is held, and what A/V equipment is provided as standard. Clarify aircon hours, noise curfew, and setup and teardown access windows, which are often outside the rented period. Check parking options, lift and ramp accessibility, and whether the space holds SCDF fire-safety certification.
Contact 99 Co Singapore Rental by phone or enquiry form to arrange a site recce before committing — visiting in person is the most reliable way to confirm that the space suits your event format, capacity needs, and logistical requirements.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.

Using 99.co to find a rental house was a breeze. The website is user-friendly and straightforward, and I was quickly connected with an agent. I was looking for a place around Jurong East, and the agent was impressive—efficiently arranged viewings for several houses in no time. Within just one week, I confirmed and secured a house I really liked. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, which made things so much easier for me. The agent was professional, knowledgeable, and handled everything promptly. Highly recommend, very satisfying experience!
I am shocked to see my property listing misused by agents in Property Guru and 99.co. 1st agent Irene See, who has posted my listing with a very low price @1.08M compared to the original selling price @ 1.2M I did not notice the fake listing until accidentally came into my eyeball at a late night. Irene claimed it was created and edited by the platform, she hold no responsibility to the fake listing and wanted to close the case by removing the listing . 2nd agent, Brandon Chia, who is rather nasty and dishonest, posting 3 dummy listings, including mine without my consent . Despite severally warning to Brandon , he continues to play around with multiple dummy listings and say that it was done by his admin. Both of the agents claimed to be innocent and said that 99.co imported and edited their listings from property guru without their notice. Under CEA regulation to all salespeople ,all property listings should be a genuine one with owner consent to advertise. Agent can not create fake or dummy listings to fish buyers or sellers. Irene See created a ' rojak' fake, misleading listing of a 732 sq ft which is not a Seaview unit by using my photos for 829sq ft which has a Seaview in her content page ..Irene told me that 99.co has stolen her photos and edited her listing for her. Both of them could have removed their listings with immediate effect when I stopped their service. Unfortunately , Brandon continues to post my listings and two dummy listings @ 1.228M and 1.228,888, respectively. This is really a misrepresentation. I had lodged complaints to property guru, 99.co, and CEA. I hope both Brandon and Irene will be punished by CEA for their dishonest and nasty behaviour. 99.co, please proceed with investigation on both agents .
Very disappointing experience. Scheduled a room viewing through the agent, but they didn’t show up and told me to go directly to the unit. The owner was rude and gave completely different info (higher rent) than what was advertised. Total waste of time.

Pricing for venue rental in Singapore typically takes one of two shapes — an hourly hall rate (function rooms S$100–500/hour with a 2–4 hour minimum; ballrooms S$300–1,500+/hour) or a per-event package (S$1,500–8,000+ for a half-day at smaller to mid-sized venues). As 99 Co Singapore Rental lists a package model, confirm exactly what is included: aircon hours, basic A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen), on-site staff, setup and teardown access, and cleaning. Common add-ons to budget for include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), liquor corkage if you are bringing your own beverages, extended-hours surcharges (typically 1.5–2 times the base rate outside a stated curfew), and any photography or videography permit fees. GST should also be confirmed. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Capacity figures depend heavily on event format — standing cocktail typically accommodates 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number, while theatre seating falls between the two. Request a scaled floor plan and walk through your preferred layout with the venue coordinator before signing anything. On F&B, confirm whether catering must be sourced in-house, whether external caterers are permitted (with or without corkage, and whether an approved-caterer list applies), and whether BYO beverages are allowed. In-house F&B venues often set a minimum spend per head in lieu of a hall rental fee. If alcohol is to be served, verify that the venue holds a Liquor Licence. For wedding solemnisations, check whether the space is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Commissioner for Marriages separately.
Industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evening slots — particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November — can book out six to twelve months in advance, so enquire early if your date falls in a peak period. Confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm for venues in or near residential areas), parking arrangements, and whether the space is accessible by lift, ramp, and accessible toilet. Put the rescheduling and force-majeure policy in writing — reputable venues generally allow postponement within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying is strongly recommended. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
