We had a very positive experience with AA Celest Employment, especially thanks to Francisca. She was patient, responsive, and always quick with follow-ups. Unlike other agencies that we went to, what we liked about AA Celest was that Francisca did not try to push whatever helpers they have available to us. She took the time to understand our needs and successfully matched us with a suitable helper, particularly one with experience handling our pets, which was very important to us. Francisca also provided strong support to us as employers, ensuring a proper handover and keeping us updated in a timely manner throughout the process. I strongly recommend Francisca from this agency. Despite not able to engage a helper through their agency (due to supply issue), I had a very positive experience with the company under Francisca’s care. She was patient, responsive, and always quick with follow-ups. She will take the time to understand your needs and criteria before matching you with a suitable profile. In addition, she will typically do a first round interview first so as not to waste your time if the profile is not suitable. She also did not try to push whatever helpers they have available to me. Once again, I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication despite not able to engage a helper through her.

-4 Feb 2026- Helper is with me for 6 months, Franz will make it a point to check in with us and helper on how both parties are coping. Franz also advised on 6ME for helper. Thumbs up to Franz 🤗 -18 Sep 2025- Helper is with me for 6 weeks now and so far so good. Franz is really fantastic and she kept us updated from starting to ending of the process and also very prompt to reply our messages and questions even during outside office hours. She also processed the paper work quickly too. I will definitely approach Franz for help again if my other family members need a helper. -5 Aug 2025- Helper handed over from Franz to me -29 July 2025- Helper arrived in Singapore -26 Jun 2025- Deposit made to confirm the helper -25 Jun 2025- Interviewed Helper number 5 -24 Jun 2025- Helper Number 5 Bio Data received from Franz and I was keen -10 Jun 2025- Approached AA Celest for an Indonesian Helper and Franz diligently sent 4 helpers' Bio Data between 10 June and 16 June. I was keen in helper number 4 but she was quickly snapped up by another client on the same or next day.
