This was my first experience hiring a helper, and unfortunately it has been extremely disappointing. I engaged two helpers from your agency, and both were arrogant, inexperienced, and did not meet the standards promised. The “experience” stated in their resumes appears misleading and does not reflect their actual capabilities.
