Enquiries typically begin with confirming the event format and headcount, as standing cocktail capacity is usually 1.5–2× the banquet seated figure. Being a rooftop venue, layout flexibility, aircon hours, and noise curfew (typically 10–11pm for venues in or adjacent to residential zones) are worth clarifying early. Confirm what the package includes — basic A/V such as PA, projector, and screen; on-site staff; and cleaning — versus what is billed separately. F&B policy is a key term: whether the bar operates in-house F&B with a minimum spend, permits external caterers with a corkage fee, or maintains an approved-caterer list. For events involving alcohol, confirm that a Liquor Licence is in place. Setup and teardown access windows are often outside the booked slot and should be confirmed in writing. Accessibility, parking (in-house or nearby paid carpark), and photography permits are practical items to raise during a site recce. SCDF fire-safety certification applies to built event venues and is a standard compliance item to ask about.
To proceed, contact Abriza Rooftop Bar via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, format, and estimated headcount to receive a package quote and check availability.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
The view is absolutely amazing especially on a cool evening. The food is mostly ready made food, not great but edible. The service though was terrible, we sat away from where the counter and bar was, no one came to check up to take our order, and when we go up to them to give our order or request for the bill, the staff looks like they were not pleased working here, they were on their phone and just there to pass time. Last straw that made us not want to order rounds of drinks are the chair, the plastic chair give our forearms and hands multiple mini splinters that made being there so uncomfortable. Despite the wonderful city view, the service and quality of food and drink really deters people from coming back again. Lots of improvement to be made and i would not recommend this place. Trust the recent reviews.
An excellent place to spend time with a drink and good food. The service was quick and attentive. The food was decent and everything tasted as it should. The drinks were a tad expensive, but ok considering the area.
Visited last Friday for a friend's birthday celebration, and this place was so great! We brought our own cake, and staff was so kind to keep the cake for us even before our reservation timing. Food was amazing (10/10 truffle fries!) atmosphere was great thanks to the very lovely staff who made sure our celebration went relatively well (and kept us hydrated throughout the hours we were there) 🤍🥰 Thank you so much, highly recommended ☺️
Came here for our 2 years anniversary! With an amazing view and an upbeat atmosphere, this bistro is strategically located atop a charcoal grill place at the pulsing heart of the city. The night air is fresh and fantastic, with the sounds of chattering reverberating throughout the night. The food is also affordable combined an attentive service, with our personal favourite being the asian infused beef tacos. Only issue is that the lamps kept running out of battery! But will come again!
Quite disappointed with this birthday dinner, not gonna lie. We ordered at 7:40, there wasn’t much of a crowd, yet it still took the waiter a while to notice that we were ready to order. Fine, never mind. After ordering, we waited at least an hour for the food. The fries were cold, and the pasta was bad. Other than the nice view, I honestly wouldn’t come here again.

Abriza Rooftop Bar uses package-based pricing, quoted on enquiry. Singapore venue rental market norms run S$100–500/hour for function rooms and S$300–1,500+/hour for premium spaces, with per-event packages typically ranging from S$1,500–8,000+ for small to mid-sized venues and S$8,000–30,000+ for full-day ballrooms — rooftop venues with F&B and a bar component often sit at the higher end of the mid-range. Itemise carefully what the package covers: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, and cleaning. Common add-ons include an external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8/pax), liquor corkage if you are bringing your own, extended-hours surcharge (typically 1.5–2× outside the curfew window), and photography or videography permits. GST applies on commercial venue hire. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Capacity depends on your event format — standing cocktail arrangements typically accommodate 1.5–2× the banquet seated figure, with theatre seating sitting between the two. Contact Abriza Rooftop Bar directly with your planned layout to confirm the applicable maximum. As a rooftop bar, the venue is likely to operate in-house F&B with a minimum spend per pax that may replace or supplement the hall rental fee. Clarify whether external caterers are permitted (with or without a corkage charge), and whether there is an approved-caterer list. Confirm the bar service scope and that a Liquor Licence is in place if your event includes alcohol. For wedding solemnisations, ask whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether a JP must be arranged separately.
The Singapore venue rental standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings — particularly in wedding season (March–April and October–November) — book out 6–12 months ahead, so enquire early if your date is fixed. Confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm in the Tanjong Pagar area), parking options nearby, and accessibility provisions including lift access and accessible toilets. Ask what happens if a force-majeure event requires postponement — reputable venues allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce during a comparable event time of day is strongly recommended before paying the deposit. Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
