Ace is the 2nd ID company we visited. Marcus was assigned to us. We signed as our vibes and colour palette all checked out. Every reno comes with hiccups. We managed to pull through it together. Marcus is prompt in resolving issues with the contractors. Shout out the the carpenter who did our house! I noticed they reinforced the base for all drawers. The workmanship is awesome and everybody who came to our house sang praises. Electrician, Ah Wei, is also very professional and dedicated. Affordable electrical pricing too! We had the immense pleasure of working with Angela from ACE interiors. One thing that we felt really strongly about was that we needed an ID whom we can have great chemistry with, able to advise us and take the lead on things but at the same time keep us in check and challenge us whenever necessary. Not to mention that we had very strict timelines of needing the a major renovation of a 4 room that included full hacking of tiles and flooring to be done within 1 month. I’ve never heard of any ID being able to accomplish that from our friends without any major hiccups. I would say that we’re incredibly lucky to have met Angela. As not only did she fulfil all the timelines without any extension, the entire process was as smooth as it could be. She constantly kept us up to date with the progress of the renovation, helped us with designing our home, and most importantly help coordinate post home defect checks even whilst she was away. We sincerely would recommend Angela to any friends that ask us for IDs without a heartbeat and have thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Thailand has MK Restaurant, but we have the MK duo in ACE! Marcus and Kelly were amazing in their ideation, bringing the best parts of our home vision to life. From the very first 3D rendering, we were already captivated by their ideas and confidence in the design, which made the decision to proceed with ACE an easy one. The renovation journey was definitely not without its challenges, but what truly stood out was the team’s dedication and responsiveness. Through constant communication and patience in addressing our questions—sometimes even late at night or over the weekend—we always felt reassured and well-supported throughout the process. Marcus and Kelly paid great attention to detail, balancing aesthetics with functionality, and were always open to discussions and adjustments to suit our lifestyle needs. Thanks to Angela’s dedication, our renovation was completed smoothly, and we’re really happy with the final result. She truly deserves 5 stars! ❤️ We first worked with another designer in April, but we faced issues like incorrect measurements, last-minute electrical planning, and unclear onsite updates. Many problems were things we discovered ourselves during site visits, and by end-May, we felt we couldn’t continue with that designer. To ACE’s credit, their Admin team responded quickly and took our concerns seriously. After Angela took over, everything improved. She gave clear timelines, consistent updates, and showed genuine care and attention to detail. Even when small hiccups happened, she handled them professionally and efficiently.
