The clinic has been verified by KakiList and holds a 4.8-star rating across 180 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable indication of patient satisfaction. Patients typically begin with an initial consultation in which the TCM practitioner assesses presenting symptoms through the four diagnostic methods — observation, listening, questioning, and pulse-taking. Common reasons for visiting include musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, digestive complaints, gynaecological conditions, and stress-related concerns. Following the assessment, a treatment plan is proposed, which may combine acupuncture, cupping, Tui Na massage, herbal prescriptions, or a combination of these modalities. Patients should clarify whether the quoted fee covers the consultation and treatment together or separately, whether a recurring package is available at a reduced rate versus paying per session, and what the cancellation or rescheduling policy is for booked appointments.
To take the next step, contact Ai Ni TCM Clinic directly by phone or via the enquiry form to describe your condition, confirm the relevant TCM services available, and book an initial consultation appointment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
A great clinic that treated and cured my badly injured leg. The price is reasonable and the lady, Apple, who helped me treat my leg is very professional. She is patient and knows the correct way of treating. The TCM practitioner there is also very precise with her accuputure. Give this clinic a try and you will know what I mean.
I strained my shoulder and back while exercising. After two sessions with a Chinese doctor, I was completely healed. The first consultation was only 20 yuan, and there were no subsequent fees! The price was reasonable, and the doctor's acupuncture skills were excellent! The room was super clean!
Cured my 9 day migraine here. Was on medication and nothing helped. After I came to Ai Ni - did bojin and acupuncture - recovered so much faster. Best TCM place!
A regular patron here. Service is good most of the times. It helps in blood circulation and good sleep after massage
Not sure how was all the review pretty good. Prob her attitude was nice n friendly to customers. While I think it's average service. I don't think my neck was so badly injured.. she just needed to press the right place more but seems like she choose the easier way out w more scraping which I did not enjoy. Although I uds it's a small clinic n she is also the main administrator at the same time. But how hygienic or professional it is to pick up a customer call while providing tui na to a customer. Going out to entertain customer n coming back for a shortwhile n say OK ur treatment is completed... I have added back the time lost to treatment time. At some point I could feel the inconsistent pressure which proves that she is most likely multi-tasking. Still want me to be back? Was expecting one treatment to have resolve the neck issue n she knew it was a 60% better case n pushed for a second treatment for recovery. R u serious? 30min n it's ab 70 bucks? Paywave also need to add service charge... x.x

Ai Ni TCM Clinic uses a mid-range ($$) pricing tier, but specific per-session fees are not published publicly and should be confirmed directly before booking. In Singapore, a TCM consultation typically runs S$20–50, with acupuncture sessions ranging from S$40–100 and Tui Na from S$50–90, depending on treatment duration and the practitioner's seniority. Herbal prescriptions are usually billed separately, ranging from S$30–80 per course. Confirm whether the consultation fee is bundled with the first treatment or charged independently, whether package rates are available for recurring sessions, and what the no-show or late-cancellation policy is. No referral is required to visit a TCM clinic in Singapore. At Ai Ni TCM Clinic, a first visit will typically begin with a structured intake, where the practitioner takes a detailed case history covering current symptoms, sleep, digestion, menstrual cycle (where relevant), and existing medications or supplements. Patients are advised to bring any recent blood test results or specialist letters, as these can inform the treatment approach — particularly for chronic or complex conditions. For conditions involving contraindications to acupuncture (active infections, bleeding disorders, pregnancy in certain trimesters, or patients on blood thinners), it is worth flagging these at the point of booking. A GP referral is not mandatory but can be useful if you are submitting claims under an integrated shield plan or company medical benefit that covers TCM.
TCM practitioners in Singapore are regulated by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registered practitioners must hold a TCMPB licence to legally practise acupuncture or prescribe Chinese medicinal preparations. The TCMPB public register is searchable at the MOH website and allows you to verify the practitioner's name and registration status before treatment. Ai Ni TCM Clinic does not currently list specific regulatory licences in its public profile on KakiList. It is strongly recommended that you confirm the consulting practitioner's TCMPB registration number directly with the clinic before your first appointment.
