I came across Aiidee on Instagram while searching for an ID for my resale 4-room flat, and I’m really glad I decided to have a chat with them. My main ID was Valecia, supported by Jaeden, and both were an absolute pleasure to work with. This is my honest review after staying in the unit for more than 3 months. Aiidee is a boutique ID, which I see as a huge advantage. Valecia was very dedicated to my project and gave her full attention to ensure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent throughout — from the measurements and 3D renderings to the quotation and timeline. Before engaging Aiidee, I had visited five other ID companies with bigger names in Singapore. But in terms of industry knowledge, customer service, and sincerity, Aiidee truly stood out. Valecia is responsible, detail-oriented, and clearly passionate about her work. With her education background in design, she was able to provide practical solutions that worked beautifully for my home. I’m really happy with the outcome, and below are some photos of their work. I would highly recommend anyone planning a renovation to have a chat with Valecia and Jaeden — you’ll immediately notice the difference. A 2-Year Post-Handover Review: Exceptional Workmanship and Partnership with AIIDEE Most home renovation reviews are written during the "honeymoon phase" immediately after handover. However, I am writing this review two years later to provide a more accurate assessment of the workmanship, space effectiveness, and material quality over time. The Partnership Approach: When we first started looking for IDs, AIIDEE was the only company that offered a genuine partnership rather than a transactional sales pitch. While many firms pushed standard templates, AIIDEE took the time to understand our vision. They successfully nailed the specific vibe and design we were looking for within our budget. As a boutique firm, their collaborative structure meant we weren't just assigned one designer. We had access to the entire team, and their collective sincerity was evident. Workmanship: The 2-Year Test. This is where AIIDEE truly shines. We have heard many industry horror stories about laminates peeling or toilets clogging due to contractors disposing of debris in the sewage pipes. We experienced none of this. Two years on, almost every corner of our home remains in the same pristine condition as the day we moved in. The quality of materials and the reliability of their contractors are excellent. Areas for Improvement: There were operational gaps during the renovation that I hope the team has since improved, specifically regarding communication. There were instances where points I raised were initially ignored, which regrettably led to additional costs we had to incur. Furthermore, operational errors, such as ordering the wrong laminate color, caused serious delays. Consequently, we were forced to opt for a later move-in date. The Verdict: Despite the friction caused by communication lapses and delays, the team remained sincere and took ownership of the rectification process. They worked hard to fix mistakes to ensure the project could be handed over. If the communication aspects were tighter, AIIDEE would easily be flawless. However, credit must be given where it is due. If you prioritize long-lasting quality and sincere workmanship that stands the test of time, I highly recommend them.

Engaged Valecia from AIIDEE Interior Design to renovate our new condo. We had sourced many other IDs prior to selecting Valecia/AIIDEE and it was definitely the right choice! Valecia is client focused, tailoring her creative bespoke designs and ideas to complement our budget; often finding multiple alternatives for our consideration. Responses were always prompt, entire renovation process was well managed (arranged reno permit, etc) with constant updates and our renovations were completed within agreed timeline. Will definitely recommend AIIDEE and Valecia to any of our friends looking to renovate their place 👍
