Mheg was the agent I stay contacted with, introduce by one of my friend who has approached her service before. No doubt she did a great job on showing different profile of the helper an explained to me clearly on each helper stats. Easy going staff. I had hired a helper from them and so far so good, no problem at all, thanks alot for the help Mheg, and allbest agency.

Extremely Disappointed with 1st Allbest I had a very disappointing experience with 1st Allbest. Mheg, the agent I was liaising with, was unresponsive and displayed a really poor attitude throughout. It felt like they were only interested in collecting their agency fees rather than genuinely helping either the employer or the helper. There was no proper communication, no sense of responsibility, and certainly no effort to understand what we needed. It’s clear they operate with a profit-first mindset, not a people-first one. Definitely not the kind of agency I would recommend if you’re looking for someone who actually cares.

Our last helper decided to returned home immediately and last agent resigned. Having a new born at home, this sudden turn of event and no one to turn to messed up our entire life and schedule. After a few call to the hotline, Mheg pick up our call and immediately jump into the case to help us negotiate with our existing helper and find a replacement helper within a month. She is very well organize and professional and experience in her work. She able to find a right profile for us within a few days. Definitely will recommend friends to her.
