About Align Physiotherapy
Align Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy practice based at Lower Delta Road, offering services islandwide from Singapore 169203. If you are considering physiotherapy for a musculoskeletal complaint, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, or chronic pain condition, the typical first step is an initial assessment during which the physiotherapist takes a detailed history, reviews any imaging or referral letters you have, and conducts a physical examination to establish a treatment plan. Subsequent sessions may combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities such as ultrasound or dry needling depending on your presentation. It is worth confirming in advance whether sessions are one-to-one or shared, whether a package or pay-per-session model suits your commitment level, and what the cancellation policy is.
To book an initial assessment, contact Align Physiotherapy directly by phone. Bring any relevant medical reports, imaging results, or GP referral letters to your first appointment so the physiotherapist can review your full clinical picture.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Jack from Align Brace has been most professional and helpful. He painstakingly explained to us how the brace works in correcting the scoliosis condition of my daughter. During the fitting, he patiently trimmed and made several adjustments to the brace until a good fit is obtained. Exemplary customer service!
I found out that i had scoliosis during the yearly follow-ups in school. However there was no recommendation given by the doctors and nurses at the follow-ups despite my degree increasing slowly by the years. 10 years on, my curve degree worsened by more than 4x. I started Chiropractic adjustments and my doctor recommended me to do bracing with Align Brace. Jarrick and his team are friendly and patient in helping me to do my braces. I have worn the brace for about half a year and i see some improvements to my condition, especially my curve degree has reduced 👍
The staff are very approachable and helpful. They take the time and effort to explain the functions of the align brace in detail. Their assurance and explanations help to alleviate our anxiety and boost our confidence in the treatment. The align brace looks rather uncomfortable to wear (as with all restrictive devices), however my daughter is able to get use to it after 2 days. The brace is light and the velcro fasteners allow her to adjust the brace when she is too hot or when she eats an exceptionally heavy meal😄. Her treatment is still ongoing; results have been very good so far. Thank you Align Brace.
I was introduced to align brace when my daughter had a curve of 39 degrees, with full bone maturity. Doc at hospital said brace can no longer make a difference. As I know of a girl with continual deteriation and requires surgery at age 18, I am very worried. Thus, I went ahead to get my daughter try out align brace and six months later, the review at kkh on 28 Feb 2020 showed an improvement of 6 degrees. Align brace is easy to wear and my daughter wears it only during her sleep. Jarrick and his partner are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they provide great support. Thank you very much.
My daughter has scoliosis. I asked her not to slouch and we made a brace at Align Brace. After 6 months, her curvature has reduced from 28 to 24 degrees. The service at align brace is also very good as the staff is very helpful.

Align Physiotherapy displays a '$$' price indicator, suggesting mid-range pricing, though specific per-session rates are not publicly listed. For physiotherapy in Singapore, typical private clinic rates range from S$80–150 for a standard session, with an initial assessment often priced slightly higher. Some clinics offer package rates for a fixed number of sessions, which can reduce the per-session cost. It is worth confirming whether a first-consultation fee applies separately, whether your Integrated Shield Plan or corporate insurance covers physiotherapy at this clinic (a GP referral letter can sometimes facilitate claims), and what the no-show or late-cancellation policy is. Contact Align Physiotherapy directly by phone for a current fee schedule. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
You do not need a GP referral to visit a private physiotherapy clinic in Singapore — you can self-refer directly. That said, bringing a referral letter, diagnosis, or relevant imaging from your doctor helps the physiotherapist understand your condition quickly and may support an insurance or MediSave claim where applicable. At your first visit, expect an intake assessment covering your medical history, current symptoms, mobility, and functional goals before any treatment begins. If you have a complex condition such as post-operative rehabilitation, neurological impairment, or a chronic pain presentation, mention this when booking so the clinic can allocate appropriate session time. Some insurers require a GP referral for reimbursement even when the clinic does not.
Physiotherapists in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at the Ministry of Health's website — search by the practitioner's full name before your appointment. Align Physiotherapy has not listed specific regulatory licences on the KakiList profile, so it is advisable to ask for the treating physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number when you call to book. A registered physiotherapist will have no hesitation providing this. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
