About AllSmiles Dental Care Children

About AllSmiles Dental Care Children

AllSmiles Dental Care Children is a paediatric dental clinic located at 7 Holland Village Way, #03-13, serving families islandwide. The clinic holds a 5/5 rating across 220 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent patient experience. No regulatory licence information has been provided in the listing, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed; parents are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting dentist's Singapore Dental Council (SDC) registration directly before booking.

A first visit to a paediatric dental clinic typically begins with a new-patient consultation covering dental history, a clinical examination, and, where indicated, diagnostic X-rays. For children, the consultation also assesses developmental milestones — eruption sequence, bite alignment, and oral habits such as thumb-sucking or mouth-breathing. Treatment planning is discussed with parents in full, with an itemised breakdown of fees before any procedure proceeds. Preventive care — fluoride application, fissure sealants, and scaling — forms the backbone of paediatric dental visits, with restorative work (fillings, pulpotomy, stainless steel crowns) scheduled separately where needed. Integrated Shield Plan coverage varies by procedure; dental is generally not MediSave-claimable for routine care, though parents should confirm what their IP covers for surgical extractions or sedation cases.

Contact AllSmiles Dental Care Children by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to check appointment availability and confirm consultation fees before your child's first visit.

I previously had mouth guards done that didn’t work with their dentist - Daphne. Whom I had not so pleasant experience with. She was fine and friendly when doing basic thing with no issues, but when there is issues she was quite defensive. However dr Oh saw my review, they reached out to me and re do one more for me free of charge. Thank you for his dedication. And he used a better quality mouthguard for me. I’m really thankful. But the energy wise, I don’t think I’ll go back to this place. I missed out my first appointment. Eventually he is graceful enough to let me go back. But it was weird. He was trying to convince me Daphne is a good person, which I didn’t say she is a bad person, I have to tolerate her as she is a woman as how he tolerate his wife at home instead of leaving a low star feedback. Do note: Daphne is not my wife. Instead of just address what happened. And he said he has better class to do better quality mouth guard. It’s a weird experience, as I look at my mount guard and I would think of this from time to time.

My dental appointment was an exceptionally positive experience! Dr Oh was not only friendly and approachable, but also efficient in providing my treatment. He demonstrated a high level of expertise. I felt completely at ease and well-cared for by the team throughout the entire visit. The reception staff here truly went above and beyond, exhibiting a level of warmth and attentiveness that is rarely seen. They proactively assisted me with my bags and crutches with genuine care and understanding of my foot injury. This thoughtful gesture, combined with the overall professional and friendly atmosphere, made my visit truly outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent dental care.

Dr. Lim Tse Chin is amazing! 🩷 Never thought I’d say that for a dental clinic. So detail oriented, precise and yet gentle. I couldn’t be happier with the results. This will be my regular dentist from now on.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does AllSmiles Dental Care Children charge?

Paediatric dental consultation fees in Singapore's private sector typically run S$60–120 for a first visit, with diagnostic X-rays (periapical or OPG) adding S$30–150 depending on the number and type. Common paediatric procedures: fluoride application S$30–60, fissure sealants S$50–100 per tooth, composite filling S$80–200 per tooth, pulpotomy (baby tooth nerve treatment) S$200–400, stainless steel crown S$250–450, and simple extraction S$80–150. Inhalation sedation (nitrous oxide) for anxious children adds S$80–150 per session; general anaesthesia cases are referred to a hospital setting and cost substantially more. GST applies on private dental services. Routine dental treatment is generally not MediSave-claimable, though surgical extractions and certain procedures under general anaesthesia may qualify — confirm with the clinic before proceeding. Parents should request a written fee estimate for any planned restorative work before consenting. See the full paediatric dental cost guide for Singapore →

Is AllSmiles Dental Care Children MOH-licensed and how do I verify the dentist?

Every legitimate dental clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising dentist must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC); you can search by name at sdc.gov.sg to confirm registration status and any specialist accreditation in Paediatric Dentistry (the SDC specialist list is separate from general dental registration). Paediatric dental specialists hold a Fellowship in Dental Surgery (Paediatric Dentistry) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification — worth confirming if your child has complex needs or dental anxiety requiring sedation. No licence information has been provided in this listing. Parents should ask the clinic directly for its MOH licence number and the consulting dentist's SDC registration number, and verify both independently before booking. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Dental Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at AllSmiles Dental Care Children?

Routine dental care — consultations, fillings, scaling, fluoride, fissure sealants — is not MediSave-claimable and is not typically covered by Integrated Shield Plans (IPs). However, surgical dental procedures such as surgical extraction of impacted teeth may qualify for limited MediSave use, and certain procedures performed under general anaesthesia in a hospital setting may trigger IP coverage for the hospital stay component. Confirm the specific procedure codes with the clinic and your insurer before proceeding. Some employer-provided dental benefits (separate from MediShield Life or IPs) cover a capped annual amount for family dental care — check your HR benefits portal. For families on the Pioneer Generation or Merdeka Generation packages, dental subsidies apply at polyclinics rather than private clinics. For any planned procedure beyond a routine check-up, ask the clinic for a written fee breakdown in advance. This allows you to submit a pre-authorisation query to your IP insurer if relevant, and avoids bill shock at the point of payment.
