My wife and I are super thankful to have Doctor Ryan as our gynae. He is very professional and goes the extra mile to make us feel at ease during the whole pregnancy. As this was my wife’s first pregnancy we were not sure what we will experience along the way but Doctor Ryan was always there to advise us and guide us. Even when we had questions late into the night, we would always get answers promptly. During the day of our child’s birth, Doctor Ryan visited us frequently throughout the day and helped us to feel calm, updating us whenever he was about to come. The confidence in which he handled the delivery with the nurses at Thomson gave me and my wife a lot of assurance and we knew that we were in good hands. Special thanks to the team at the Woodleigh clinic as well, Faz, Ariel, Ting Ting, they were always very helpful and patient to give assistance to me and my wife. Every visit to the clinic was met with warmth and positivity making it very comfortable for my wife and I. We will definitely recommend anyone looking for a gynae to visit Doctor Ryan! 👍

Dr Ryan Lee is a gem obgyn! From the very first appt with Dr Ryan, there’s no pressure or judgement from him and he’s very respectful of our birth plan/ decisions. He doesn’t enforce anything and he makes us feel very calm and reassured after every appt. I didn’t look for any other obgyn as I did my research after knowing I’m pregnant and seeing all the good reviews of Dr Ryan, I immediately made an appt with his clinic. His clinic’s staffs are all so meticulous and they remember patient’s names, always greeting us and always made us feel like we are well taken care. Thank you Ting Ting(for her awesome blood work & reassurance for the GD diagnosis), Ariel, Grace, Fazilah Atika and everyone at TMC Woodleigh. Me and my husband are pretty much super annoying as we had 101 questions as first time parents but never once did Dr Ryan got frustrated or even disregard us in anyway. The top notch assurance we had from him was that he gave us his personal number & we were able to contact him even after hours. He remembers most details no matter how small they are even though he has so many patients to take care of. I had some complications and despite that, Dr Ryan was there along the way, always a text message or a phone call away. He will make sure he calls us to give us updates or advice even though he is not obligated to. He don’t just cut us away after the birth procedure is over. Having Dr Ryan and his team along this journey was really amazing as it was 9 months long but they made the journey a calm one. Also, he is always smiling so it makes every meeting with him a really comfortable one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were recommended to Dr Ryan Lee by friends, and the experience truly did not disappoint. As first-time parents, we felt incredibly well supported throughout the entire journey. Dr Ryan Lee and his clinical team gave us reassurance at every step, patiently addressing our questions and taking the time to personalise the birth journey based on our needs and preferences. Dr Ryan Lee combines clear medical guidance with very gentle bedside manners, which made it much easier for us to understand the pregnancy journey and make informed decisions along the way. We always felt listened to and cared for during each visit. The clinic staff are also efficient, warm, and welcoming, which made every appointment really pleasant!

Dr Ryan is the most friendly, calm and supportive gynaecologist that I’ve ever met. We always visit him during his night clinic because my eldest is so excited about every checkup. Despite a long and tiring day at the hospital or clinic, Dr Ryan remained energetic and engaging. He addressed every concern and even chit chats with my eldest. He’s the only doctor I’ve encountered who takes the effort to remember my husband’s and my child’s names during their first visit and kept them in mind till now. These little gestures truly warm our family’s hearts. Thomson Woodleigh Clinic staff were incredibly friendly and warm. They made everything easy and fast, that’s including and handling the scary blood draws for blood tests. Even with his busy schedule, Dr Ryan ensured he’s the one who will WhatsApp or call us personally for my scans or blood test reports as soon as he received the updates. He’s just a phone call away if we have any doubts. Dr Ryan always explains the options available to us and the risks involved. We can sense that he genuinely cares about us, including how we feel and how our wallets feel. He only advised us to take necessary procedures or supplements and wouldn’t want us to spend unnecessary. During the end of my pregnancy, I had complications and couldn’t go with the natural birth plan we had. Dr Ryan was very open about the options and supportive of our decision. He closely followed up with us to revisit the plan based on the conditions. It might seem easier to just go C-section, but he chose to stay aligned with us to try for a natural delivery if possible, believing it’s best for me and my baby. He even did a final check if we can still go for natural delivery before putting me on the operating table. I was nervous and worried about going through the operation. However, I had a very pleasant experience in the operating theatre during my C-section delivery. I trust that I’m in good hands with Dr Ryan, and he proved me right! The entire medical support team was great, and we could even chat and relax in the operating theatre. Finally, the moment that I’ll always remember. During my ward visit, Dr Ryan noticed my concern about my baby and went above and beyond to check with my paediatrician. He took the time to update me via WhatsApp about my baby’s condition and reassured me that everything was under control. He respected my wish to aim for a natural birth and never pressured me to induce, taking time to explain options clearly so we could make informed decisions together. When my delivery required a C-section, it was handled calmly and very professionally. Even in a stressful moment, we felt completely safe in his hands.
