I would like to take a moment to commend one of your servers, Mr. Don, for the excellent service he provided during my recent visit. Mr. Don was exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the dining experience. He greeted us warmly, checked in at the right moments, and was always ready to help with a smile. His helpful attitude and positive energy made the visit especially pleasant. It is staff members like Mr. Don who truly enhance a restaurant’s atmosphere and make customers feel welcome and valued. Please extend my appreciation to him for his outstanding service.

I'm speechless. As a loyal bonvoy member, this is the kind of hospitality I wish upon every brand. Every staff that I came across were so genuine and going extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Ms Lina and the rest of the team were just simply AMAZING! The cleanliness of the room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The pool is beautifully design and safe for the kids to enjoy. We certainly love that it has a self coin operated laundry that we could use during our stay. The hotel location has slight distance from the nearest MRT station, however they do provide a frequent shuttle that can comfortably accommodate the number of passengers. There's a mall beside connected to the hotel that has couple of restaurants, a food court, grocery and convenient store.

It was an amazing stay! The room is decent, not too spacious, but comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Near to supermarket and food court, and of course the hotel has lots of instagramable spots. Been staying here many times. Each and everytime, they deliver a consistent service. Highly recommended!

We had our company CNY dinner here and it's a very good decision. Location is central and accessible. Most important is the service that greeted us and is providedm Tiptop from Izwan and team from start til end. Everything was smooth and all we had to do was enjoy the evening. 👍

Had the chance to participate in a wedding banquet at Aloft Novena. Presently surprised that the access from carpark to ballroom was quite convenient. The banquet crew impressed me more than the already impressive food that was served with generous portions. My table was attended to by Jeraldine and Jamie. When my towel dropped, it was replaced, when i finished each serving, the plates were cleared promptly. My drink was always refilled before it became empty. What impressed was the smile and enthusiasm they had in their work. The event was supported by Nic, Anson, Izwan and Nash over the course of execution - from the chair arrangements during the tea ceremony to the support given for materials needed on stage for the sequence of events, and including error free AV management. All in all - everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, the crew made the experience a whole lot more welcoming too. Kudos to the team. Will recommend this venue in future!
