Very bad experience with this maid agency. My new domestic helper (2months) told the agency that she wants to transfer out but no follow up done. There was also no update given to the employer with regards to the domestic helper request or intentions. The agency have no empathy or care. The agency never expedite new helpers from their motherland as the agency don't want to spend expensive flight tickets. Agency's services and updates is always delayed and not promptly updated.
