I never write online reviews, but this one is well deserved because Ai Tong and Samantha are excellent IDs in all respects and it would be remiss of me not to give them due credit. If your preferred aesthetic is clean and modern with an emphasis on natural textures and quiet luxury, this is where they truly shine, fortunately with effective project management skills to match. We saw a total of 10 IDs initially. And Studio (A.S.) was the only one that met all our criteria for designing our new home. In fact, A.S. was the first set of IDs we consulted and we already loved their proposal, but because they are not cheap we decided to do more due diligence with other IDs, and we ended up circling back to A.S. at the end. They truly impressed us with their thoughtfulness, creativity, practicality and aesthetic sense. In short, they understood the assignment and delivered on what we needed, even in ways that we didn't think possible with the structural limitations of our unit. They also managed to seamlessly blend function and aesthetics, making our home very child-friendly without being at all childish. To top off their expertise in spatial planning and interior design, they were, importantly, also excellent project managers - detailed, responsive and clearly very experienced. They had to work on a tight schedule (3 months to gut a 1927 sqft unit), and yet somehow managed to over-deliver by completing their works and handing the unit over to us a week early(?!!!). Their workmanship is impeccable as well, as affirmed by the many guests we have hosted in our new home. As clients, we very much appreciate that A.S. took the lead in proposing the measurements and configurations of all our carpentry, which shows the depth of their experience in this field because all our carpentry has worked well with no functional errors. They were also responsive and kind about all our minor rectification works post-handover. 7 months in, everything still works perfectly as intended, and our home is both beautiful and liveable/practical. In hindsight, we have no regrets paying a slight premium for A.S.'s top notch service (especially after hearing numerous horror stories about other IDs in this industry). We have heartily recommended them to all our friends in need of a good ID. Thanks so much again, Ai Tong, Samantha and Jaron. We wish you guys every success!
