About Anglo Caregivers (Anglo Nurses Pte Ltd)
Anglo Caregivers (Anglo Nurses Pte Ltd) is a maid agency operating islandwide from its office at NUH Medical Centre, Lower Kent Ridge Road. It is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, with a 4.5/5 rating across 203 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence. When engaging a maid agency, the typical process involves discussing whether you need a new-hire helper or a transfer helper already in Singapore. A new hire involves source-country selection (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka are the most common), a placement fee, mandatory Settling-In Programme attendance, medical examination, and Work Permit application. A transfer helper is usually faster and cheaper to place. Monthly costs beyond the placement fee include the helper's salary (typically S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Confirm what is bundled into the agency fee — FDW insurance, medical exam, and Work Permit processing — versus what is billed separately.
Contact Anglo Caregivers by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to confirm current helper profiles, placement fees, and the replacement guarantee window before paying any deposit.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
If you are looking for a helper who specializes in nursing and elderly care, I highly recommend Anglo Caregivers. As this was our first time engaging a helper, we initially made an enquiry via WhatsApp and later had a call to share our requirements. From the start, their service was excellent — they were responsive, attentive, and patient. The team took time to clearly explain the entire process and thoughtfully shortlisted several suitable candidates for us to interview. Although we were initially looking for an experienced caregiver to care for our bedridden aunt, we eventually decided to hire Yuli, who was coming to Singapore for work for the first time. Yuli proved to be diligent, reliable, and compassionate. She took great care of my aunt until she passed on and quickly became like family to us. We were so pleased with her that we are now renewing her permit to care for my mother. The caregivers recommended by Anglo are well-trained and qualified in elderly care. Throughout the entire journey, Anglo Caregivers has been consistently responsive and supportive. A heartfelt thank you to Vincent and the team for the wonderful service and positive experience
Anglo Caregivers & Maids have been truly amazing in supporting my family during a very difficult time. When one of my family member suffered a stroke, they ensured we had an experienced FDW who could step in immediately and help us through the transition. A special thanks to Vincent, who personally facilitated the interviews with the maid and guided us through the entire admin process. His professionalism and care made everything smooth and fuss-free, giving us peace of mind when we needed it most. I’m deeply grateful for their dedication and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate support.
I am very appreciative of AngloCaregivers for the smooth, fast, and hassle-free process. From the very beginning, everything was handled efficiently and clearly, which made the entire experience stress-free. The team guided me through each step and ensured that the process moved along quickly without any delays. Whenever I had questions or doubts, they were always patient, responsive, and willing to help, which gave me great peace of mind. They also assured me of the quality of the helpers, and this was clearly reflected in their professionalism, reliability, and readiness to support our needs. The caregivers are also trained in medical care for the elderly, making the arrangement feel safe, reassuring, and easy for our family. Satini has been a gem! Special thanks to Vincent for responding to all my queries patiently and providing consistent support throughout the process. I truly felt supported and well taken care of. Thank you, AngloCaregivers, for your excellent and reliable service!
Normally I don't put in reviews. But I'm writing here for those who are renewing their helper/caregiver hired thru Anglo in case they are going thru same experience as me. Anglo has relevant CV when I need helper with nursing and caring of elderly experience. However if you are going to renew your helper nearing to the 2 years work permit expiry, my advice is that you do it yourself and not rely on them, unless you want them to find new helper. Initially they said will assist me but later ghosted on me when the MOM letter came and we confirmed to renew my helper's permit. Thankfully I didn't procrastinate waiting for their replies and actions, but quickly DIY as the deadline looms.
I would like to share my pleasant experience with Anglo Caregivers. Vincent was incredibly helpful. He is patient and always available. He carefully sourced out suitable candidates according to my mum's needs and requirements. Working with Vincent was a breeze. Really appreciated his help during the sourcing period. Thank you again :)

Placement fees for a new-hire helper typically run S$1,500–3,500 through Singapore maid agencies; transfer helpers, who are already in Singapore on an existing Work Permit, are generally cheaper at S$500–1,500. Contact Anglo Caregivers directly to confirm their current fee schedule, as rates vary by source country and helper profile. Beyond the one-time placement fee, budget for ongoing monthly costs: the helper's salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and the MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary for eligible households with a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67+, or a person with disability). Clarify whether mandatory FDW insurance (~S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application fees are bundled or billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold a MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by agency name or licence number. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. No EA Licence number is recorded in this listing for Anglo Caregivers — this does not necessarily mean it is unlicensed, but you must verify independently before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A have stronger compliance and complaint-handling track records. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if a helper absconds or the agency closes, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
The standard replacement window at Singapore maid agencies is typically six months from the helper's arrival date. Confirm with Anglo Caregivers how many free replacements are included within that window, what circumstances void the guarantee (for example, documented mismatch versus change of mind), and the cost of any additional replacements beyond the covered number. Also clarify the early-termination process — if a placement breaks down outside the guarantee window, the household is typically responsible for the helper's repatriation flight, Work Permit cancellation paperwork, and any outstanding salary. Understanding these costs upfront avoids surprises if the arrangement does not work out.
