Pls dont believe is this EA association... whatever you make a complain, staff vali is not professional to handle complain, she will only fwd your complaint to the EA and get them to reply back and just forward the reply email back to you. Lousy staff, why is this EA association for?? Mom ask me to complaint to EA,isnt it wasting of time and efford.. allowing agency to overcharge ignorance employer who is an elderly old lady and making elderly women sign without explaining to her.
