We had a great experience working with Nicole and Shin for our first home renovation. Nicole's eye for detail and practical design sense aligned well with our taste and lifestyle — she had a clear understanding of the design profile we were going for, and whenever questions or issues arose, she handled them efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach. Shin played an equally important role in coordinating with vendors, identifying problems on the ground, and ensuring they were resolved promptly. We were also impressed by the quality of the tiling and carpentry, both of which were executed with great care — the craftsmanship really shows. We engaged Bang from Apartment Pte Ltd for a full overhaul of our 5-room HDB flat, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The carpentry work, done by their in-house team, was outstanding — the carpenters were meticulous, and the high level of craftsmanship really shows throughout the home. This renovation was especially meaningful for us as we were planning the space around the needs of our special needs child, as well as making the home pet-friendly. There were many extra considerations involved — from layout to accessibility, safety, and ensuring the home was comfortable for our pets — and Bang was thoughtful, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. His design is not only beautiful but also highly practical and well thought out for everyday living. We made quite a few changes along the way (some quite troublesome), but Bang was always accommodating, patient, and professional. He gave us honest and helpful advice on what design elements would enhance the space and what was optional, which helped us make confident decisions. The renovation timeline was tight, and it spanned across the Chinese New Year period when many workers typically take time off. While there were some slight delays, Bang kept us informed and managed the schedule well overall. There were also some unavoidable hiccups during the process, but he took full responsibility and guided us through each one with care. A special shoutout to one of his Vietnamese workers (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) — he worked late into the night on several occasions and even took the initiative to rectify minor carpentry defects on his own, before I had a chance to notice them. His dedication and pride in his work truly left a lasting impression on us. Overall, we’re very grateful for the excellent service, practical design, and high-quality work delivered by Bang and Apartment Pte Ltd. Highly recommended!

I am happy with the final outcome of the renovation managed by Nicole and Shin. Nicole has a great eye for design, meticulous, and the quality of the carpentry done by the in-house team is excellent. Shin also provided updates throughout the renovation. There were some renovation and communication hiccups along the way, but eventually the renovation turned out excellent. Post renovation Nicole and Shin also were responsive in fixing any issues. I would recommend them for their carpentry work and Nicole's attention to detail and design ideas.

We had a great experience working with Nicole from Apartment. She has a strong eye for design and created a space that is both functional and beautifully put together. When we encountered a water seepage issue, she handled the coordination with BSC professionally and kept us reassured throughout the process. Although there were some delays, the project was handed over with minimal defects and good finishing quality. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome and would recommend her to others.
