I am extremely pleased with the service provided by this Apex than my previous agency which was so horrible (Raymond Maids). They offered a great selection of experienced helpers, and I couldn’t be happier with the one I chose. She has been with us for three months now, and so far I am genuinely satisfied. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Beware of this maid agency, do not engaged. Especially for one of their agent (Rusty). You will regret! We wasted closed to $6k to get a suitable helper. 2 Filipinos and 1 Indonesian. In the end we had to engage another maid agency for our current helper whose coming 2 years in September.

When I had issues with my helper (started giving me problems during her second month) , the agency that I got her from was irresponsive and just kept dragging their feet. I had to kept chasing to no avail. I was so stressed and am at my wits end. They even asked me to keep her after they talk to her when she threatened me to send her back to agency. Thankfully my neighbour put me in touch with Lily who got her colleague Aida to help me. Aida is really awesome, not only is she prompt, but she also took the time to explain and offer me her advice when I reach out to her. Not to mention she even replied me out of hours (I do not expect that as I appreciate work-life balance). I am so thankful to have Lily and Aida helping me out. I would have no hesitation recommending Apex to my friends. Once again, a big shout out to both Lily and Aida - Thank you!
