Exceptional service by the team, in particular our ID Malvin and project manager Ronald. Malvin designed our new place beautifully within our budget and Ronald executed it professionally, providing us with regular updates. Highly responsible and always prompt to follow up on any concerns which we have. The team continued to follow up even after the project ends and full payment has been made. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free reno process.

I’m not really one to write google reviews but I found myself having to write this because Vincent & Kean have been incredible throughout my house renovation. :) It’s not easy to find an ID company that is trustworthy. I’d probably say the odds are 1 in 50… or even more, which makes Arkhilite a gem. 💎 We did a 100% overhaul renovation for our penthouse. From the start, Kean was my dream ID. He was always 2-3 steps ahead of me (& I’m actually a planner by nature). He’s so creative & extremely meticulous. He designed my place to make it feel homely (which was most important to me), personalised the details in the bedrooms without me asking (like giving me a pink wardrobe!), showed me how to make the home look stylish (like choosing the right tiles & lights) & yet made it a very practical home to live in for my kids & us (enough storage space). It was a very fun experience. Without him, I’d be totally lost with this renovation. Where to find such an ID right… 😊 My review wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t mention Supesu. Catherine & Ronald were so patient & approachable from the start of the renovation. Even when I had last minute additions, they were so obliging to accommodate. Our timeline was quite tight but they really rushed the entire renovation for us so we could move in. They even worked overtime just to help us. Soooo touched! 🥲 They would update us weekly on the renovations so we would know what was happening. We didn’t feel the need to check on our renovation much at all. Arkhilite has a formula that works so well, 😊 and they are such a pleasant team to work with la. Thanks guys.. 😎 I will miss working with all of you!

Overall a pleasant experience Vincent, Charcoal, Jensen and their team. We wanted our space to be functional and practical yet stylish, and we’re glad that the team managed to deliver a design that my husband and I were both satisfied with, without much fuss. There were a few hiccups along the way (as to be expected with any ID provider), but Vincent and team managed to iron the kinks and managed recoveries earnestly.

This is an interior design company you can trust for high-quality design work, renovations and follow-up touch-ups. Arkhilite handed over a beautiful, thoughtfully-designed home to us. We do mean what we say. Their senior designer Malvin sat down with us multiple times to refine our design ideas (midcentury, coastal and lots of storage!). He proposed tearing down a non-essential wall along our long bedroom + kitchen corridor, converting it into a bookshelf on one side and a utility cabinet on another. That really made the corridor in our average-sized unit come alive -- the home feels so much larger too. He also pays exacting thought to detail. Literally measured our large carpentry to the millimetre, so he could make sure that it is all fit for purpose, from wardrobes to sofa. Our beautiful bookshelves also. That was very important for us. We read a lot and it was very important for us that the shelves were appropriate to display and access our books. Malvin had a long conversation with us about how to do it, and how high and deep each should be. Their project manager Jensen was responsive and highly professional. He gave us weekly / almost-daily photo updates from the site all throughout the three months of the project. As first-time homeowners, those updates gave us peace of mind that the renos were going correctly. Those let us know that Arkhilite was actively solving problems which they identified during their on-site work. We also liked how Arkhilite has a longstanding partnership with the Supesu construction firm. There was a ready pool of experienced workers to draw upon, each with their different specialties. A special shout-out to Mr Md Abdul Taher, who brought over his 17 years of experience to help us with our drainage. Guy is an absolute legend. Looking back at the whole reno journey -- it's about trust, right? As a new homeowner, you've got a finite amount of money and time for renos. You have to make a big decision that will determine how you will live for years to come. On that point, our friends used Arkhilite for ID services the past three times they moved house. Arkhilite produced a fantastic home every time. Also, our dad's worked in heavy industry his whole life. He didn't feel the need to come down to inspect the ongoing renos. He's done that normally with other big family projects over the past 40 years. He had two zero-day chats with Malvin and Jensen and observed how they worked. They impressed him enough to trust them that he could stay home, and they delivered on that, handing over a beautiful home to us. We can't recommend Arkhilite enough. They worked with our budget and totally transformed the existing site into a place we are very proud to call our home. It's been an excellent first month living here. We're looking forward to the little photoshoot that they'll do for us, where'll it'll be on their homepage. Do take a look when it's up, and do take a look at their other projects there too!

I had a pleasant experience working with you and your contractor for the renovation of my home last year, and I want to formally thank you for the thoughtful design, quality workmanship, and of course, the close follow up on and timely completion of the renovation. It was nothing like the renovation horror stories we commonly hear and read about. Thank you for spending time listening to and understanding my design preferences and requirements (especially the kitchen layout and cabinets, and the shoe cabinet), and getting them to turn out just the way I had imagined them to be. I remember initially disagreeing with some parts of your design proposals (like the design of the living room hidden cabinets, and the choice of tiles for the bathroom.) only to go back to them eventually. When it comes to design, I must say you know what works. All in all, it was a very successful collaboration. In addition, it was really valuable to have your professional advice on whether the furniture, curtains and other things I had considered would fit into the overall design of my place. Thank you and I will not hesitate to continue recommending Arkhilite!
