My wife and I first engaged Steven 9 years ago when our kid was born. He helped us to find a suitable helper. When we faced some issues with the helper, Steven helped us to rectify the issue while lowering or waiving certain costs. Let's be honest, this is a maid agency. While they can do their best to screen the helpers, the helpers are not always perfect. What I can say is that this agency will try their best to find you the best fit, but more importantly, help you if there are any issues after. I can say that all the helpers took care of my kid well, with the last helper lasting 3 years. We decided our child was old enough to be without a helper. On this note, we recently decided to engage Steven again as we were considering another helper. He waived certain costs for us because he remembered us and the costs were much lower than any other agency. My wife and I appreciated that as he showed it wasn't just about money. This is a good and honest agency, and we appreciate the services they offer us. We have recommended them to our neighbours because of their professionalism.
