Averise recommended me two responsible helpers with good working attitude. Their advice on how to manage helpers are also very good. I am more than happy to use their services again.

Was recommended by my cousin thru known Raphael, I was told him my requirements due to my mum fell down on mid of May and admitted to hospital. He give me a lot of advice and what to look for. After a week I go thru some interviews and found a helper which me and my wife is comfortable. Now my helper is cope well with us and my family. Thanks Raphael for understanding and helpful.
Not a service oriented agency. The agent Helen is quite blur and disorganized, keeps forgetting whether my helper has worked in Singapore before or not, blur about her salary, need for training or not, when is the date that she has to arrive, and when payment for specific service is deducted there's no note she write down either, then when payment is due she just blur and forgets... Quite unreliable overall, unless employer can keep track of all things clearly and repeatedly confirm with them... Then some charging also quite anyhow. The NIR update fee is by default charged, although my helper did all vaccines in Singapore and no need to do NIR update at all... Then the runner transport fee is 210, yet I cannot even ask to choose an appropriate time for my helper to do the thumbprint, must accomodate the "driver". I could have paid the Grab for a much cheaper fee and get a much better service. Also agents are supposed to send the helper to home, I'm sure the runner fee should cover this, but they also refused to do so. The worst is, the agents don't even bother explaining these properly to me. Must chase after them to extract a clear answer. Very difficult communication. Then buying air ticket this Helen also never coordinates properly with her colleague and with the helper. Then end up pushing responsibilities to me. Her colleague said they will buy ticket on Sat morning, then Helen anyhow go and buy ticket on Fri without communicating with any one of us. Then only when problem comes she complains about all of us. Helen can you please just retire and make life easier for other people?
Averise help me a lot..they are good especially sir leo,mam Helen and the staffs are very helpful and kind,sir Raphael as well very accommodating..🙏🙏
