Azcendantstudio: Connected with our ID Paul Koh and worked with him for our 4 room BTO renovation, which took around ~11 weeks. First off, we all know that renovation is never easy with alot of discussions, adjustments to make. We really appreciate that Paul is able to communicate to us thoughtful ideas, provide quick responses while also allowing us to incorporate suggestions to make it our home truly 🏡 (and also within our budget). However, we feel the works by the plumbing team are not up to our expectations, requiring some rectifications. There were also some delay during the reno period, but that was resolved after. I am thankful for the support provided from Azcendant Studio in making it a relatively seamless one.

Putting this down isnt easy just like how we as consumer select out ID. Many will tell you how much one can save and would suggest going to a ctt - if you are not “rushin”, have knowledge of running aircon pipes, water pipes, lighting, resourceful enough to get man down to work and basically have all things on your fingertip, than an ID is not for you. That said, because i have a tight timeline and am not proficient enough in planning the steps to executing i went ahead w the decision to engage an ID. All the reno nightmare that you frequently hear about, I did not experience any at all. During sales ck Was not pushy, and one plus point is every single item on the quote is itemized. When it came to execution, i did not experience anything major,, things were moving smoothly and according to schedule. Another plus point, before reno, you get a pre reno survey which clearly tells you the problem areas, and the full reno schedule so you know what exactly is happening. CK will also guide you and highlight important things to note, at the same time not dousing what you actually like. CK is also responsive so you need not worry about your ID going mia. When i personally was not satisfied with the paint works, i feedback honestly and we worked together to make good the areas that were flagged -> communication was good, am not afraid to voice out areas that needed improving. There are bound to be some issues to be resolved when it comes to reno, and choosing a trusty firm and project/ID is the key. I would say choosing azcendant was by choice but getting CK to manage the project was by good fate and halfway through you know your home is in safe hands, and you just lrt them run the show. Definitely a good experience w CK and thr firm. Thank you for building my home Azcendant!

I’ve compared 3 to 4 IDs quotation and google ratings before I chose Azcendant…even though they don’t have much ratings, they have the least 1 star ratings among all and pricing is reasonable.. Love the carpentry concept and color combination.. issues were promptly settled and able move in timely as per scheduled..
