About b_together Singapore
B_together Singapore is a playgroup provider operating from 16A Dempsey Road, Singapore 247695, and is listed as covering families islandwide. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. It currently holds a Google rating of 3.6 out of 5 across 14 reviews — a small sample, so this figure should be treated as directional rather than definitive. Fees are structured on a monthly recurring basis at the mid-range price point. Note that no ECDA licence is recorded against this listing, which is a regulatory requirement for childcare providers in Singapore; parents should clarify the provider's regulatory status directly before enrolment.
When enquiring about a place, ask about slot availability for your intended start month, the typical group size and child-to-educator ratio, and what a standard session looks like in terms of routine and activities. It is worth asking about the settling-in process for younger children and whether ECDA subsidies are applicable for Singapore citizen children. Arrange a centre visit to meet the staff and see the learning environment before committing, and request a copy of the parent contract to review fee, deposit, and notice period terms in advance.
To take the next step, use the enquiry form on the listing to state your child's age, your preferred start month, and any specific questions about the programme — a direct visit to the Dempsey Road premises is strongly recommended before signing any agreement. Listing data is incomplete — contact b_together Singapore directly to confirm details.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

We are grateful and happy with enjoyable holiday camps with B together team. Caring and friendly teachers and staff. If you do care about your kids and would want to give valuable activities, this camp is the right place. The things that my daughter (7 yrs old) were done, especially the craft (Miss Amy's Christmas craft lots lots..) it was amazing. And also singing and reading, cooking(bring home food was so delicious)etc.. with a nice and clean environment. My daughter was waiting at the door for me to send her. She couldn't not wait. We definitely would like to continue with this camp. Thanks to all teachers and staffs.
After being a member of B Together for the past two years, I finally feel the need to share my experience, especially to help others avoid being misled by overly positive (fake) reviews that seem tailored to please management, likely with appraisal season in mind. What started as an upscale family club has steadily declined in quality. This change seems to have coincided with the appointment of the new GM, who, under the guise of cost-cutting, has reduced the standard of everything, from the coffee to the napkins... Literally! There have been no notable improvements, and the decline in quality over the last two years is evident. Several great teachers, who once ran exceptional programs for kids, have left suddenly. The once-friendly front desk staff now seem disheartened, likely due to a shift in culture under new leadership, where a ‘gang-like’ mentality has taken over. Teachers’ pay has been slashed without any prior notice. Once they’ve sold the memberships, there’s been no effort to engage with the members. Many who joined around us have chosen not to renew, and like us, are just waiting for the end of their membership year. On weekdays, the place feels more like a social spot for helpers. The activity classes, which are supposed to be enriching, are subpar and seem only to serve as fillers to occupy the calendar. Hygiene is a major concern—there’s no real oversight on cleanliness, and kids with runny noses or bad coughs are allowed to play. It’s concerning when kids are kept out of school for similar symptoms but can still come here. Sanitation is irregular, even though this is a space used by young children and helpers. There have been occasions when the indoor slide and loft seemed dangerously unstable, but it wasn’t addressed until a few members raised alarms. Overall, this place is severely neglected and poorly managed.
Poor value for money. We went to tour the place and it’s not a family club it’s a hideout for maids laying down inappropriately on couch with kids just by themselves. Same day we went to see Buds by Shangri La and you could feel the difference. Price wise you would be surprised. B together is exorbitant. On researching further more; this place has changed hands few times and international reciprocal arrangement have fallen out mid way through memberships of people. Definitely not worth it. We got saved I would say. Please do your own research and don’t sign up on face value. There is better options available. Much better…
A Truly Special Place for Families We’ve been members of Be Together Singapore for two years, and it’s become a deeply valued part of our family life. From the start, the team has shown extraordinary warmth—not just to our son, but to our whole family, including our helpers. The sense of inclusion and care here is something truly special. The upstairs play area is beautifully designed—safe, engaging, and enjoyable for both kids and parents. The restaurant downstairs serves honest, comforting food that’s just right for families. It’s a calm, welcoming space where everyone feels at ease. Felicia and Jared, the chefs, are exceptional—not only in the kitchen, but also in the way they lead cooking classes and connect so naturally with children and families. Their 360-degree approach to food, service, and community is rare. We’re equally grateful for Sumitra, Nesha, and YY, who each bring emotional intelligence, professionalism, and heartfelt care to everything they do. Always observant, always attentive, and always putting children and families first—they’re a vital part of what makes this place work so well. A special thank you to Michela, who leads many of the educational sessions for the children. The programming is thoughtful, engaging, and well-structured—our son especially looks forward to it each week. All of this is brought together under the outstanding leadership of Henrietta, the Club GM, who leads with warmth, professionalism, and grace. Her approachable, calm style is reflected throughout the entire team. With regular movie nights, hands-on art, cooking, and educational activities, Be Together isn’t just a venue—it’s a real community. Wholeheartedly, 10 out of 10.
Our granddaughter, who will be three in a few months, has been a member here for over two years. Initially, her parents were quite happy with the facilities, but over time they have deteriorated, which has led to their decision to not renew. The value for the money spent is just not there. It seems to me that in a tropical climate as Singapore there should be access to some kind of water play. At the very least small pools or sprinklers, but on our last three visits this has been non-existent. There are far better values in Singapore, and I suggest you flush them out before wasting thousands on an overrated play area.

B_together Singapore charges fees on a monthly recurring basis, positioned at a mid-range price point. Beyond the monthly programme fee, it is standard practice for playgroup and childcare providers in Singapore to collect a one-off registration fee at enrolment, along with a refundable deposit — typically equivalent to one to two months of fees — held against the notice period. Some centres also charge separately for uniform, insurance, or consumables, so it is worth requesting a full fee schedule in writing before committing. Childcare fees in Singapore are generally GST-exempt, which means the monthly fee quoted should reflect the amount you actually pay. Contact b_together Singapore directly to obtain the current fee schedule, as rates can change between intake periods. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Government childcare subsidies in Singapore are administered by ECDA and are available to Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed centres. The Basic Subsidy provides up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Eligible working mothers — defined as those working, studying, or training for at least 56 hours per month — may additionally qualify for the Working Mothers' Child Care Subsidy. An Additional Subsidy of up to S$710 per month (combined with other subsidies) is available on an income-tested basis for lower- and middle-income households. Importantly, b_together Singapore does not currently have an ECDA licence recorded against this listing. ECDA subsidies are only claimable at ECDA-licensed centres, so parents should confirm the centre's licensing status with ECDA directly before assuming subsidy eligibility. Permanent residents may qualify for partial subsidies. Subsidy quantum and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically — visit the ECDA website for the most current figures.
Demand for playgroup and childcare places in Singapore — particularly for popular or boutique programmes — can outstrip availability, especially for January intake which aligns with the school calendar year. For infant care places specifically, families are commonly advised to register interest as early as three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. For playgroup programmes, lead times can vary considerably depending on the provider's capacity and cohort size. To secure a place at b_together Singapore, the typical process involves submitting an enquiry, arranging a visit, and then paying a registration fee and deposit to confirm the slot. As no years of operation data is available for this provider, it is not possible to gauge current demand levels from the listing alone. Contact b_together Singapore directly via the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's intended start month.
