About Beyond Social Services
Beyond Social Services is a counselling provider based at 26 Jln Klinik, Singapore, serving clients islandwide. The listing is verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 3.8/5 rating across 25 Google reviews — a moderate sample, so treat this as directional rather than definitive. No regulatory licences are listed in this directory entry, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed; families are encouraged to verify these details directly with the provider before booking.
When reaching out to Beyond Social Services, prospective clients typically make first contact by phone or via the enquiry form to describe the presenting concern — whether that is stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, or another issue — and to confirm whether sessions are for an individual, couple, or family. From there, an initial consultation is usually arranged to assess needs, discuss therapeutic approach and session frequency, and clarify what a recurring package versus a single session might look like. It is worth asking about cancellation policy and session format (in-person at the Jln Klinik centre or remote) before committing.
To take the next step, reach Beyond Social Services by phone or through their enquiry form to arrange an initial consultation and confirm current availability.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
The staff all very rude!!! Last time send food, voucher food ration.. but now never send... check n saw with my own eye they take everything for what people bless to poor people.. hello I'm single mum 2 grandson rental house...
This social service organisation is very meaningful. Looking after the less privileged kids by ensuring they stay in school, guide them and counsel them to the right path. They welcome volunteers be it individuals, group or corporate sponsors. Do give a helping hands and volunteer during your free time. Great work to the organisation and the volunteer workers.
Kids there will kick you and their parents will choke you if you try to volunteer. The staff will not protect you. Be warned.
A respectable charity with good friendly committed staff and volunteers doing their best for underprivileged children in Singapore. Worth supporting though either donation or volunteering. 👍
Agree with everyone that communication is terrible. Arrogant seamstress who is unwilling to work hard. Complain about too hard work and bad bad attitude.

Beyond Social Services uses a '$$' price indicator but no specific per-session or package rate is publicly listed in this directory entry. Singapore counselling sessions typically range from S$80–200 per session at private practices, with some social service organisations offering subsidised or sliding-scale fees based on household income. It is worth asking whether a first-session assessment fee applies and whether package rates are available for ongoing sessions. Confirm the full fee, cancellation policy, and any materials or assessment charges in writing before committing. See the full counselling cost guide for Singapore →
Most counselling providers do not require a formal referral for general concerns such as stress, anxiety, or relationship issues, though a GP referral can be helpful if you intend to claim through an insurance policy or if the presenting issue involves a clinical diagnosis. Beyond Social Services has not published specific intake requirements in this listing, so it is advisable to ask when making first contact whether an intake form or initial assessment session is part of the process. For complex presentations — such as trauma, severe depression, or psychiatric conditions — the counsellor may recommend concurrent support from a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. Clarifying the scope of practice at the initial consultation helps ensure the service is the right fit.
No regulatory licences are listed for Beyond Social Services in this directory entry. In Singapore, counsellors are not yet governed by a single statutory licensing body in the way that physiotherapists (AHPC) or TCM practitioners (TCMPB) are. However, credentialled counsellors typically hold membership with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or an equivalent professional body, and clinical psychologists are registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). Before booking, ask the provider directly for the lead practitioner's qualifications, professional memberships, and years of clinical experience. Confirm whether professional indemnity insurance is held. Verify any membership claimed against the SAC or SPS public directory. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
