Prospective clients typically begin with a brief enquiry via WhatsApp, phone, or the online contact form to describe the presenting concern — whether anxiety, relationship difficulty, grief, workplace stress, or another issue — and to check appointment availability. The practice covers clients islandwide, so sessions may be conducted at the Fullerton Road location or, depending on the counsellor's offering, via video call. It is worth confirming at enquiry whether individual, couples, or family counselling is available, what the session format and duration look like, and whether an initial consultation or intake assessment is offered before committing to a recurring package.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form to describe your situation briefly and request a first appointment or introductory call.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Winny has been really helpful during both individual and couple sessions and would like to pop in a recommendation for anyone looking for professional counselling. Her sessions really enabled us deepen our understanding on what it means to thrive as a couple amidst very real challenges and circumstances we face daily. We're grateful for the safe space and support she has provided us on this journey together to grow, explore and learn about ourselves and each other.
Winny has been actively listening, reframing and understanding both sides of our struggles. She reflects our struggles and is able to identify the underlying emotion and issue quickly, reframing them so we are able to better understand ourselves and each other. Honestly we have both been able to find out things that we would never have discovered ourselves. I would encourage couples who are hesitant to try out a few sessions and see if you are able to gradually learn abit more about each other and yourself. We are looking forward to continue the journey and hope to overcome our issues with her guidance and understanding. Will come back to update in awhile :) (Reposting because it disappeared 👻)
highly recommend Winny at Just2Hearts for her professionalism, empathy, and structured therapeutic approach. She provides a supportive and respectful environment that encourages open communication while helping clients gain clarity and emotional stability. Her calm presence and thoughtful guidance have been valuable during a challenging period, and I appreciate the safe space she consistently creates for growth and reflection.
Don't waste your time to go to other places because Just2Hearts is the place for you..! I'd totally recommend Winny to anyone / any couple who may be currently facing a marriage problem. She's once said to me "As long as there is one person in a relationship who wants to save a marriage, I'm willing to help" and she's done just that. While another counsellor I had experienced previously may be pro-divorce, Winny is the opposite. Her patience, deep understanding, guidance, advice, and technics are highly valuable. For over a year, she has helped me and my husband to save our relationship from a divorce. We are now in a much better place in our marriage and still working on ourselves on our own journey. Thank you Winny. I'm so thankful I've found you. You're the best!
The counselling sessions with Winny have brought me so much clarity on the underlying and unhealthy patterns in my relationships, which is a critical first step to change. Winny also has an amazing ability to make me feel heard, understood and validated. It heals me so much emotionally. If you’re hesitating to reach out, I strongly suggest that you give it at least one shot to engage her. It might do you a world of good.

A specific per-session rate was not published at time of listing. Singapore market context: individual counselling sessions typically run S$80–180 per 50-minute session at private practices, with couples or family sessions often priced higher. Initial consultation or intake fees may differ from ongoing session fees. Confirm the full cost at enquiry — including whether a package or bundle discount applies, what the cancellation and no-show policy is, and whether sessions attract GST. Some counsellors offer sliding-scale fees for clients facing financial hardship, so it is worth asking if that applies. See the full counselling cost guide for Singapore →
A GP or specialist referral is not generally required to book private counselling in Singapore — you can contact Just2Hearts Counselling directly. That said, some practices conduct a brief intake call or send a short questionnaire before the first session to understand your presenting concern, any relevant history, and what you are hoping to achieve. If you are managing a complex clinical condition such as a diagnosed mood disorder, psychosis, or eating disorder, a GP referral can be useful for coordination of care and may support an insurance claim. Confirm at enquiry whether the practice works alongside psychiatrists or GPs for clients with dual clinical and therapeutic needs, and whether any contraindications would affect the type of counselling offered.
Counselling in Singapore does not yet have a statutory licensing board equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) for physiotherapists or the Singapore Medical Council for doctors. Voluntary professional membership is the primary credentialling signal: look for registration with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), which requires a relevant degree and supervised practice hours, or with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) for psychologists. No regulatory licences were listed for Just2Hearts Counselling at time of this listing. Before booking, ask directly for the counsellor's professional qualification, SAC or SPS membership number, and any specialist training (e.g. trauma-focused CBT, Gottman Method for couples). You can verify SAC membership on the SAC website. Confirm practitioner-level indemnity insurance is held. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
